[SOLVED from FRD-AL00 to FRD-L09] Soft-bricked honor 8 FRD-AL00

I've an honor 8 FRD-AL00. I've fastboot installed and I'm able to access it. I'm also able to access eRecovery.
I've used SRK Tool to change the oeminfo and custom.bin. After trying to install the official L09 I think I bricked my phone.
Here are the steps I've done:
- Unlock bootloader
- Install recovery 6.0
- Root
- Changed oeminfo and custom.bin
- Reboot and tried to install a stock recovery.img boot.img and system.img (which failed while installing it) from offical L09 UPDATE.APP.
Current status: unable to boot either to recovery or android. what should I do in order to get my phone or install the L09 update or at least something that I can use? I've also used the 3 button trick with the dload/UPDATE.APP in the memory card but the phone doesn't show the loading screen it gets stuck into the huawei logo.
I've then tried to install CM13. I've successfully installed twrp-recovery.img but I'm not able to access it (button + vol down nor button + vol up).

My main goal was to try to change from FRD-AL00 to FRD-L09. (chinese version to european)

Doesn't work, it gets stuck at the huawei logo.
After a couple of tries I was able to get TWRP installed so I'm able to access and modify the filesystem.
I've noticed that, for some reason, my phone has the "default.prop" set up to "ro.product.model=eva" shouldn't this be FRD's or something like that?
Can someone provide me a copy of their /default.prop file so I could compare?

Yes. EVA is another Honor phone. It can be caused of the process you did earlier.

This is solved and I'm successfully running a FRD-AL00 with the FRD-L09C432B120 (EMUI 4.1 + Android 6.0). It's a painful process and I only recommend it to advanced users since you can brick your phone. I almost bricked mine.

Can you please share the instruction please? I have FRD-AL00 and I have followed the debrand steps from VDO - GUIDE
I can see the info that changed to FRD-L09C432B131 but when I play the video, the phone just restart.

I changed from AL10 to L19C432 an have the same problem. By pictures and videos my phone reboots.

I also have the same mistakes. Help please ...

For now a moment there is no solution for those issues - the only way is to change back to AL00.

Before you do, please install HiSuite, this tool installs all necessary drivers as well.
1) Unlock bootloader and install TWRP: https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-8/how-to/guide-unlock-bootloader-tested-root-t3443946
2) ROOT: Download SuperSU and flash it using TWRP
2.1) Power off, press volume up + power on
2.2) After TWRP loads, click on Install, select SuperSU zip file you just downloaded and flash it
2.3) Reboot
3) Debrand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZVsIKtdgV4&t=307s
3.1) This video shows how to debrand P9 but it works on Honor 8 (AL00, AL10, AL09 and AL19)
4) Flash new ROM

Do you know if is there any hardware difference between AL00 and L09? What is the reason phone gets so unstable when you debrand to L09 and flash EU ROM?

Please help me I was trying to update my Mate 8 from C636B193 to C636B211 to get the official Nougat Android 7 through the firmware finder and then my mate after 40% gives me failed and stuck on the below screen and cannot go further >>>> or return back I tried all option and restarted my mate 8 and nothing happened what should I do to return my dead mate 8 now please support .....

You can get into recovery mode , if yes dload official firmware
Or use huawei extractor to get recovery.img and then flash revovery.img using fastboot

i turn now in C636B211 but always themes problems . my problem is i cant open bootloader because i need internationnal card in morocco.
so how can i solve this problem.

Boot animation problem

since i flash my update rom android 7.0
i have two Boot Animation
first is for honor
second is huawei
how remove second one?

Try to clean flash your firmware through dload method, trying to be accurate while flashing. Something surely went bad while flashing the update you're talking about. Maybe you flashed the 7.0 for another variant, and now it messed up the firmware. Go on hwmt.ru site -> firmware database, and recover your ROM update package.
You have to pay attention and flash ONLY packages that matches your build number first 9 characters. Like "BLN-L21C432Bxxx", for example, will work only on a BLN-L21C432Bxxx. Flash only packages with PV at the end of the name.

tanks but is there any way to fix it without flashing rom
because i already opened my bootloader and installed twrp
now i cant relock it
because when i relock it rom dosent load
& i have to relock it again & restore from twrp
(does d load metod need locked bootloader?or i can do it with twrp)

frp is unlock
now i got the multitool but before i do the unbrick ..i would like to know does it relock the bootloader ??
since its 100% working im afraid to relock the bootloader since i lost the code and afraid to not be able to unbrick it then..

You need sdcard, then use dload metod and download service firmware here in xda

i can enter stock recovery and e recovery but if i try factory reset it just shows a red !
and if i try e recovery and do the recovery and update it says getting package info failed..
is there any method i could try to unbrick it without relocking the bootloader?

How To Guide Redmi 8a dual Unbrick/downgrade Without Auth, without bootloader unlock

#Tutorial
1. First watch this video tutorial and then install Miracle Crack Tool.
2.Open tool and select model REDMI 8A DUAL (OLIVEWOOD).
3.Go to Flash tab and find your extracted fastboot rom. (you can flash any miui version fastboot rom)

Thank you I downgraded to 11.0.1 from .7 hoping i would be able to unlock bootloader. I am facing the same error "Device basic data verification failed".
This program has BL Unlock option. Does it work? If so, do i need to remove the account or something? Any suggestions would be really really appreciated.

Sorry brother there is no solution for this problem yet .. so i sold my phone ( redmi 8a dual ) and i bought a new phone ( redmi 9 prime ) .. no problem in it .
