For what reason I do not get an update?
When i try to check an update , answer is: "No update is available for your device..." For now it's D85010d software version

That's because you must have an AT&T sim in it. Try pulling the sim, restart the phone, and then try ota over WiFi

No OTA is on LG mobile Support Tool (v10k??)
I hope that this time the update tool is not layer. Last time when I was prompted to update after finishing nothing changed.

I chose Uk, then Poland but I didn't get anything, then I chose Europe and I got it, it is downloading and I can see that it is the same as V10D size. I hope it doesn't give me v10d like last time. 35% completed until now.

I don't understand that, here is the same: UK version D and Europe Open K version.

Downloading here as Australia, same size file. Let's see if I won't get error or something.
updated to 4.4.2 on the lg g2 and lost the ability to use a sim card. flashed down to 4.2.2 and still cant use a sim. It is unlocked and i put 3 different canadian carriers in it and it just doesnt work anymore. HELP!
i do receive bars of signal with or without a sim but thats normal. Also the lockscreen notation changes from "no sim" without one to just a sim card icon and "Search"
Need more info. Links to the files you flashed? My first guess would be you're flashing firmware for the wrong device

You can't. However, you can plug into a PC, download SmartSwitch, and upgrade through that.
Take it to Best Buy's Samsung store and ask for the latest update. They can do it there. I have done it on the Verizon S6 and the Note 5.

I am having same issue. I am using Verizon unlocked phone in Australia. Can I flash stock rom to latest update.? I am stuck on 5.1.1 will it relock to Verizon?

Verizon does not have sim lock so it shouldn't. You can just flash up or if you want, use smart switch as I stated above. It will allow you to update as well.

You can still get THE OTAs just hook up to wifi and go manually search for the firmware.

You may have to activate with the att sim that came with the phone first. Just activate it as a go phone for free so it registers in their system

Try to reinsert the Sim after rebooting
Or otherwise you need to reset your network setting and if it fails try to reset all settings

I tried to reinsert sim cart, i reset network setting, and finally reseted the phone and still not connecting to network, i don't have other sim cart to try it.
You may need to download the full B388 update package and flash it.

I am on T-Mobile and updated to B388, was even rooted before updating. I still have great service, so I am assuming it's not just a tmobile thing but maybe a corrupted update.
I did fix it somehow, I managed to install full 360 and upgraded to 388 now works fine. Thanks

Glad to know. Sometimes these updates messes up the device but if it is software then we have a solution as well. :good:

Thanks. I tried the proxy 360, it download however failed during the install. I downloaded twice and it failed twice during install.
Back to no sim or network.

Just ask them for a refund on basis of hardware failures if not purchased way back or.You can visit official service centre and ask for repair
