Hi,
I have a i9300 with CM10.1 from more than a year now, working very well.
A few months ago, I've noticed the battery was swollen, so I bought a new one (not original). With this battery, I started to get a strange behaviour. From the start I've made a few cycles full-charge full-discharge, and the battery time improved, but the behaviour remain the same: a few minutes after I unplug the phone, the battery drops to 8x% - 7x%. It ramains several hours from 7x%, discharging normally, until it hits 3x%, then it drops almost by the minute. It doesn't reach 0%; at first, aprox. at 15%, now at 4%, the screen starts blinking, the buttons become unresponsive and the phone turns off suddendly without the "powering off" message.
Then, of course, I've calibrated the phone, with a battery calibration app and manually deleting the batterystats.bin; no change.
So, you'll say the battery is not original so this is normal; I thought that and bought a new original one. And it's almost the same behaviour. I'm attaching a capture of my battery cycle:

It appears otherwise, but the phone is not intensively-used at a given period; I use it the same all the day.
I appreciate any suggestions!
Regards!

Hi.
My qtek 2020 hangs up calls and make it impossible to phone again when battery reaches around 30 %, more or less. Is there a way of enlarging battery use until it reaches around 10 %?
Thanx
My friend had same this problem. But after change his battery, his problem is solved. So may be it will work for you.
I tried your problem and reached 0% battery )
Also I taken photos of this experiment
Also I filmed a video where I play some sounds with WMP at 1% battery
Photos are here:

Yes, Its possible to make sound at o% battery on your phone, I have done this many times, but in such cases this is not supporting and after reaching at 10% low batter phone is about to switched off. so somewhere its working and somewhere not....
i found that himalayas are not reliable when low on battery they either really slow down or quit altogether
best bet is give it a recharge every day and a half
I can't pinpoint exactly when or what I did around the time I started having battery problems but I have some major issues. I have a battery drain that is so severe that my charger cant even charge fast enough, I could leave it to charge all night while off and it will only charge like 20%. is it the charger? even with no apps open it tell me while charging to close unused apps to help charing.

Hi guys
This night have happened something so strange
I went bed at 12:00am and I had been charging the mobile until it was 100% of battery. I confirm that was full charged and decided to unplug to the electricity and switched it off
This morning, at 7.00 I woke up and switched on the mobile and I saw that the battery level was 87%
"It is imposible" - I though, so I decided to see the battery stats and what was the amazing thing: meanwhile the mobile was off, the wifi was on
you can see the picture

it's strange. somedays I went bed and charged the battery meanwhile I was sleeping and somedays, when I started it, the battery level said 97% although I was charged it 7 hours
I'm using the CM13 from TS
thx
WiFi > advance options > keep WiFi on sleep > select never
Sometimes I still get the WiFi drainage even though I don't use it
thank you
doing it I suppouse that notifications only will come if I unlock the mobile phone, no?
or having the screen locked is not the sleep mode?
thanks
Hi guys, i performed a factory reset to my opo, but now i have a huge battery drain. I think it is caused by the Wi-Fi but i don't know why. I disabled location, autobackups, ok google detection and stuff like these. I also noticed that the wifi is active also when the phone is powered off. Any advice?

The huge drain is caused by your weak cell reception. As you can see the drain is minimal right at the beginning when you were not using your device at all.
The drain starts at the same time when the reception starts to get bad (red).
But, you also started using your device quite heavily at that time (active + screen on for longer periods).
Were you on wifi all the time or did you use mobile data and only had wifi left enabled?
What was you screen on time at the end of the day?
Without more information about what you were doing with your device I would say you were on the go, maybe on a trainride with bad cell reception which uses much more battery.
To be honest the battery looks "OK" to me in this case.
About the gap + wifi usage, might just be a statistics bug, I don't know.
Charge your device and go on monitoring your battery... there are bad days and good days.
I've had my S8+ for about 6 weeks or so and maybe 3 times I have had the phone's battery drain really quickly below 50% when it's doing nothing and today, I got a message on the phone telling me that some apps were causing the phone to overheat and it needed to restart and the phone was indeed quite hot. So I went into the battery stats and did a screenshot, I've attached it below. Has anyone else had anything like this? I had a similar issue on an S4 with media server trying to catalog non media files on an SD card, but this phone hasn't got an external sd fitted.
Another odd thing is that I often put the phone on charge at night using the supplied wired charger and cable, and sometimes I notice that the battery is lower than expected at say mid morning and battery stats are showing that the phone has been discharging for much longer than it should have been, as if it had fully charged at night and then when it finished charging, it turned off the power and it started draining the battery. None of my other devices have ever done this!
Does this sound familiar to anyone else? Is there an easy fix?
Thanks
