You need to have root permission!
those features was included in the s4 but samsung turned them off!go to system/etc/floating_feature.xml

We need:
-Root Working
-Xposed Installer: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
-App Settings: http://www.villainrom.co.uk/forum/microdownloads/xposed-app-settings.5/viewfile
So, the procedure is:
1- Install the Xposed_Installer.apk .
2- Launch the Xposed Installer and click on "Install/Update".
3- Reboot.
4- Install the ''App_Settings.apk''.
5- Launch the Xposed Installer and go to the "Modules" tab (you will also get there if you click on the notification warning ''The module is not enabled yet'').
6- Enable the Xposed App Settings by clicking the checkbox.
7- Reboot Again.
8- Open Xposed App Settings to change Dpi, Font Size (Paranoid_Android)
9- Enjoy!!

This thread is about tochwiz sounds (UI,alarms,notifications)
ROOT REQUIRED
THIS WORKS WITH ALL ROMS [GB],[ICS],[JB]
First you must have Root Explorer Installed
Then Download the Touchwiz zip and save it to your pc
Extract the Zip file to have the touchwiz folder
Connect the phone to pc and put the Folder into SD card
Using your phone
Open the Root Explorer
First Press the ''+'' and add Root Tap
And copy the sound folder to this path
Go to this path : Root/System/Media/audio
Then mount the sytem by pressing ''MOUNT R/W''
Allow the root acces
Go to Touchwiz folder
COPY WHAT IN EACH FOLDER CONTAINS TO IT'S PATH , DON'T CUT THE FOLDERS
Reboot... Enjoy :victory:
Touchwiz Sounds : is pulled from S3 4.1.2
Touchwiz Sounds 2 don't have much difference between version 1
Touchwiz Sounds 2 contains : new lock sound (light flare)
updated the Ringtones (best of them)
Notifications : all of them to chose from
This version is pulled from galaxy tab 3 4.2.2
Note power on sound doesn't work on all device

Im having a weird issue. After a reboot my phone plays the ui sounds, but not the notification ones. They also dont show up in the notification sounds list. Thought it might be a permission issue, but these notification files have the same permissions as the ui ones. Any ideas?

I Think u should put notifications sounds manually go to settings > sound > notifications sounds

My app is young and I just tested on few of devices
Having the same FC and when trying to rotate an image with the build in editor. Sorry, no logcat for now. For an unknown reason this doesn't work on my device.
Anyway, one of the best WP apps I've seen.

Okay, searching for a great wallpaper -> Clicking on the image -> Click "Set as Wallpaper" -> Notification: Preparing for download -> Crash
3Dot Menu -> Downloaded wallpapers -> Click on Image -> Manual -> Crash
Maybe a debug version could be usefull.

Notice: You should be running on stock android to do this. This requires root and although it's not so risky but it is always better to have a backup. Also please do not blame me if you softbrick your device.. Do at your own risk!! It worked for me and it should work for anyone running stock rooted like I am.

Dts all!!
So here's what you need to do:
(1) Open sqlite and give root permission. It should show a list

(5) Scroll down until you find "notification_panel_active_app_list" NOT the notification_panel_default_active_app_list.Tap it. If it's not present (well... it was not present for me atleast)(Make sure to Check Properly),then tap the menu key and then tap new record. Set the name to "notification_panel_active_app_list" and under value type the following.

Well... adding flashlight toggle is not possible.

When u open sqlite editor-go to APPS tab(not the files tab) Then in apps> Search for settings storage>there will be a file under settings storage app named settings.db>in settings.db there is a file named system(u need to open that)>under it there are many ids, names, values. Here u need to search for notification_panel_active_app_list name( u can use search option provided in app)>then select this name and edit the value of this name by clicking on edit option (which according to me is the pencil at top right side of app)> a new window will open u have to add the toggle name in values end Like <togglename>;
For example tourchlight;
and then click save and exit application and reboot

There is an easy way. An app called Quick Panel Manager by @xperiacle .
Although it is paid, but it is worth the money!
