Robotic voice will appear, when you use a 4.2.2 rom with older firmware.
So you are going the wrong way, you need the latest firmware, not the oldest.

So , I recently got this phone it comes with 2.3.3.
I found a thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1188122&highlight=New+Gingerbread+phone+need+rootwhich says i can try NV flash , I get this attached failure.
Since that thread was closed i opened a new one ...
Any help anyone ?

I was using custom Rom and tried to downgrade my desire and run ruu and it gave me error 152 image update error when I switch on the fone black screen with 4 exclamation marks on corner I cant able to get into recovery mode....
my fone is unbranded....

Even if I have unlocked bootloader?
I want to change the radio because I have a huge problems during talking. One word I hear another NO. Previously on Sensation it can be solved by changing the radio. My corrent rom is:1.53.401.2_Radio_0.15.31501S.19_10.12.31501S.06L
I want to change only radio but if must flash whole ROM with different radio I AGREE.

you can only update radio if its signed... i.e in an RUU, or an OTA
otherwise you will have to wait for S-OFF
Ok, but when I tried to flash a stock ROM RUU I have an error 155, if you know how to solve it please let me know, thanks

Any AOSP Rom with the 3.4 Kernel, including the one you linked, will work with the newer Touchscreen Firmware.
Please remember to post in the proper section next time. It will only benefit you, as sometimes I, or other helpers, may only check Q&A and visit the other sections less frequently.

I mistakenly deleted by OS on HTC m8 dev edition cid 622 with S-0n.
I tried updating OS with a RUU. exe but no success.
please help. the RUU i downloaded was from xda and the file name isRUU_M8_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_BrightstarUS_WWE_4.16.1540.8_Radio_1.24.21331147A1.09G_20.68.4196.01_F_release_411207_signed_2)
please guide me to solve this, im struggling without a fone.....
