I used titanium to convert some app to system, and does the app that are convert are greenify, xposed frame work and also gravity box.
1. Does the convert give the app priority to do the process without root permission and work as a original system app does? or the app still need root permission to run?
2. if the converted app still need the root permission to run, so is there any way to make it without root permission and run it ?
3. is there any way to hide a root app when it is running?
I know some of those step can be solve by flashing the other ROM, but I'm curious about the answer of without flashing the ROM.
Xposed framework isn't an app. You must have move the xposed installer.
1) nope
2) nope
3) what are you trying to achieve?

Converting a user app to a system app has no effect on the permissions, it just moves the app from the user partition to the system partition. A root app still needs root access to run.

You can disable it from Settings -> Applications. Deleting/moving from the system without root is not possible
not all apps can be disabled there, if you run into a particularly difficult app try the steps listed here
http://www.androidbeat.com/2014/10/disable-whats-new-application-sony-xperia-z3-z3-compact-z2/
you will need to change the app name based on what you are trying to disable though

Just go to root folder and find oem folder/app and delete those apps simple
Just install Link2SD or SystemUninstall App from playstore.
Those App only work for rooted device.
Uninstall the useless Apps. But be careful with it, don't delete system functioning App.
After uninstall completed, reboot the device.

I am having a problem to fully delete an system app on android.
I tried to delete the Netflix app on an android car radio. Because the app was already pre-installed I think it´s a system app. Then I tried to remove it using adb with powershell. It said that the app was removed, but was still visible in the system processes on the radio. Any ideas except rooting the system?
You can't fully delete system apps without root. You can disable them only

Okay, that´s the reason it says Success after removing the app.
Just for my understanding magisk just root the system and then I have to remove the app manual or is there an option within the app to remove system apps

Thanks, any recommendations for an system app remover?
System apps are those that belong to Android, means Android will not properly work if deleted. Hence not stupidly delete apps stored in partition /system.

Netflix belongs to Android?

NO, by type it's an ordinary user app installed as system-privileged app, hence it's located in /system/priv-app, the partition OEMs store the bloatware.

Okay, but in this case it´s not system critical to remove it?
All apps in /system/priv-app can safely get deleted / removed, so also Netflix.

Thank you for that hint. Do you got any idea for an app that removes such apps?
