[MOD][TWEAK]VulpiX V4.0RC1 {Hyper Edition} (updated 15th March 2014)

heya peeps..! \m/
so after 2 months the m back with a new update.
fast n stable like never before.
list of features is incomplete,plz read the changelog for more features n some troubleshooting steps.
i have been working on this mod from last 8 months, more than 6000 users r using it right now having devices ranging from galaxy y to galaxy gear running 2.3+
and please dont create a replica of thread in other forums,simply make it a share thread n give link to main thread.
mirroring of download links is not allowed.
plz use the uninstaller first before flashing 4.0...even if you are not using 3.1 cz it will remove all the files which might conflict.
and do press that little thanx button cz its a nice gesture n i really appreciate it.. ​
This mod is applicable only for stock and stock based custom roms...
dont try it on cm/aokp.. CM version released..

- Enables a non-aggressive dithering to save CPU

Directions to flash:
1.-shutdown ur cell.
2.-press and hold volume up button+home+power button.
u ll be on stock recovery now.
3.-flash cwm zip(GO TO CWM NOW)
4.-mount system and data
5.-flash the zip and reboot
ALL IN ALL U JUST HAVE TO FLASH THE ZIP FROM CUSTOM RECOVERY LIKE CWM..
NOTE : FIRST BOOT MIGHT TAKE SOME TIME AND SOME USERS MIGHT GET BOOTED TWICE. SO IT WILL LOOK LIKE A BOOTLOOP BUT IT ISNT.
if ur first boot is taking much longer then just take out the battry and reboot..
Do take a nandroid bakckup.. ​
AND DONT FORGET TO PRESS THAT THANX BUTTON FOR A GUY WHO WORKED HARD.. :angel:

* Modulate OS entropy levels for lag reduction. The whole OS reads either /dev/random or /dev/urandom and both need entropy. However this mod uses a completely different, lightweight and efficient random number generator called Havege . This sharply reduces cpu consumption and corresponding battery life loss compared to Seeder. It also does a better job at keeping entropy levels high hence your device is more responsive. It doesn't run in a CPU intensive loop either. The extend queue functionality has also been added to CrossBreeder. but on some high end phones u might get some lag due to different ram config..
am not sure about that...
just try it once..

first of all the ram manager used in this hard multi tasking by slaid..
i dnt knw why u r getting this much ram usage.. try clearing ram n check again.. most probably on first boot u got this much cz it was busy in enabling all featrs xD

This is exactly what I wanted for stock rom
Now the stock rom has become the best rom.
The only problem is that after clearing ram. The keyboard is reverted back to stock. The ram consumption is okay and is great for me and yes multitasking has improved no lag. Sound quality increased.

nach this prblm is due to that launcher forcing into memory line in build.prop
samsung keyboard has some property that even if u clear ram and force launchr in memry that stock keyboard wont close..
i experiencd this long b4..
there is no solution for that..
bettr use stock keyboard.. xD

and proved to be worth installing
so that we have decided to release this script for public

Requirements :

How to install :
1. Delete all others ram scripts you have installed in

3. Rebooting into recovery mode.
4. Install the ZIP file
5. Reboot your phone when finished installation

How to find if TweakDrypt is Installed & Working
Open Terminal emulator
type 'su' enter
type 'scan'
and you will get the message

check for 'tweakdrypt' folder in "/data "
If no then please reboot and install again
How to uninstall ?
TweaDrypt has an uninstaller script with it
Open Terminal emulator
type 'su' enter
type uninstall
reboot for the clean uninstall

no no need to do that
after a kernal change ,
just type 'su' in terminal and then 'scan' for confirmation that it is installed correctly

Is this compatible with Crossbreeder? The latter handles entropy very well.

Of course Huawei G510 is not a good device , very heavy, GPU and monitor performances ( my old samsung Galaxy S is better) However it cost only 90 eur and it has a good CPU processor.
I have just take this device from my job company and also i broken it (the glass). So now i'm waiting for the return from repair;

I must ask you something - if i give you an working backup from a S4 mtk6572 phone, you can make a good/slim kernel and rom for flash it ? the phone has nand small memory, i think less then 400 mb and i can't use it or sale it because not working good. Ciao saw you are italian. It's true that is a dirty job for a **** china phone ... better than upload again the backup give me some points/link for kernel/rom and ram - tools for ubuntu that i can learn to make myself a good rom for that phone sorry for mistakes but have no time this morning.

My SuperSu uninstalled
Thank you for this mod. My T-Mobile Note 2 is flying. I have ATT DN3 and Agni kernel installed and was sluggish. Now with this mod installed, it's moving in light speed.
Q: Does your mod uninstall SuperSu? I still have root but SuperSu got uninstalled.

Sir i have test it in my phone using mtk6572 JB 4.2.2 buat i got a problem... the sqlite3, zipalingn, and libnces was not installed... so i put in manually to my system. and i got another problem.. when i try to see entropy status i got the entropy is on but didn't run on boot...?? can you help me..?

Uninstall and reinstall / you flash with what ? / so that the entropy is active at boot, it must be activated.

This is a minor annoyance that will return quickly in order.

My reviews after 2 days:
BIG Pros: Immediate reaction was WOW! Phone became snappy, quick, and responsive. Graphics on MX Player were eye opening. It is great.
small con: AdBlock feature was not blocking as much as I was used to. For the time being, I flashed the adblocking file I use over it.
This mod will be on my list of files to flash.

Hello Folks! After the huge success of my project "PROJECT DARK BOOSTER" I have decided to make it more unique, more powerful, more eligent. So I decided to rebuild everything from A to Z & I done this. I rebuild the whole ArkayNine. In this version I have added lot of features, modes & tweaks which will make your device smooth like hell. We have now our own terminal menu with a lot of features. I have also renamed the tweak from "ArkayNine Boost Script" to "ABS Tweaks". Where ABS stands for ArkayNine Boost Script. I renamed this just to short the name. So take a look at all the features of NeW ABS Tweaks.

INTRODUCTION​
ArkayNine Boost Script is a Tweak that combines many scripts and tweaks in one package which is aimed to improve performance, reduce lags and expand battery life, improve stability, improve sound quality.

for stock kernels, it is rare that you will experience bootloops, and besides the tweak works.
just make sure that you have installed the correct busybox and enabled init.d support, there are apps that can create an init.d folder like universal init.d support app by ryuinferno ..the tweaks really supports 2.2 upto recent android os versions..
i tried it in stock kernel, this tweak works but not on all devices, there are some dont support swap..some tweaks works, some are not, meaning device dependent..
all you have to put in mind is that you know what you are doing on your phone...
for custom kernel users, you might experince something like there are some small issues, yes its normal, it is because init.d tweaks for kernels might have different values on some scripts.. on governor tweaks, your custom kernel must have that governor in order to make the scripts work, coz some might experienced force close issues on apps after installing the tweak package while using a custom kernel or bootloops (minor), or hang ups, it is normal.. just reset your kernel (if you set it up in an app like kernel aduitor) then reboot so that the scripts will do their job.

Slowed my device down, but that is only my device and experience. Regular arm64 no swap... gets 2 thumbs way up

If your kernel doesn't supports init.d than don't worry you can manually enable init.d See Q&A section.
BEFORE INSTALLATION
DO NOT USE THIS MOD WITH OTHER MOD, CLEAN UP YOUR init.d FOLDER BEFORE FLASHING!
If you're updating from previous versions, you don't need to do anything, the script will do everything automatically.

What Does This Tweak Do?
This is just a 4 MB Zip. It increases your performance, battery, sound, internet speed & stability. In low end devices like single core, dual core devices we see that after boot the device lags for some seconds or a minute. But after using this tweak you will not gonna face this problem ever. My Kernel Doesn't Supports init.d How Can I Enable It?
It's damn simple! Download an app called "Universal Init.d Enabler". Simply open that app and click on "Enable" tha. Grant root permission. Wait some seconds and hollah Now your Kernel also have init.d support
Q. HOW TO ENABLE 400MB vRAM?
*Open Universal init.d" app.
*Click on "Activate"
*Now reboot your phone.
*Use your phone 2-3 minutes.
*Than again reboot.
*After 2-3 Reboots 400MB vRAM will activate.
*To check whether the vRAM activated or not open "Disk Info Pro" than go to bottom if can see Swap it means that vRAM activated.If not than reboot again.It can take some more reboots depends on your phone but it will activate for sure.
Q. HOW TO REMOVE vRAM?
*Open any root explorer.
*Go to System>etc>init.d
*Delete these files 11pdbdata, 12pdbcache, 13pdbsystem
*Than reboot.
*Again open any root explorer app.
* Search for swap.img and you will find 3 swap.img files.Delete all 3 files and Reboot.
*Hollaah you have successfully remove vRAM!
I don't want this tweak anymore! How can I uninstall this?
It's very simple! Check downloads section. There you will find uninstaller zip. Download it and simply flash.
After Flashing "Uninsatller.zip" Your Phone will take 2-3 minutes to boot. ​

Both have many common features but still they works differently. And I think I shouldn't say that which one is better. Give it a try. Hope it will work better than any tweak.

Yes! Because many devices got lagging issue! But many got unbeatable performance! So thinking to add swap again! Will upload it tomorrow!

bro is there any way to uninstall this mod..after uninstalling i will know whether its a script fault or something another?

internet connection error..
After installing this tweak, device is not connecting to Internet..
Only whatsapp chat we are able to do. Attachments are not downloading at all.
Please solve the issue or let us Know how to remove this tweak..
