Using device camera’s flash to light up as a real flashlight.
Using display screen to brighten up if your phone doesn’t have a LED flash.
Just need a permission to use the camera’s flash nothing else.

no luck...
I've just released Tiny Flashlight v2.4.2 and several users confirmed that it works on Acclaim
Tiny Flashlight is incredibly simple and yet very useful Flashlight application. Will use your device's LED if it has one.

Dorch - Dual TorchIts been a while that some newer devices devices now have both Front and Back flash for capturing photos so there but be an app for toggling both of them as torch.
Background:
I recently bought Moto Z Play that had both front and back flashlight but i couldn't find an App that can toggles both of them at same time in store (or maybe I am bad at searching), so I developed one.
Its just a clean simple app that serves the purpose of flashlight toggling and nothing else.
