Now I try from a week ago to buy any app, but I can't.

Sometimes the reason for this is because the developer of the app/game is not accepting payments via a gift card and only accept credit card.
You may want to call Google Play Store support to further confirm this, what's the point of having currency when you can't use it right?
The same app my cousin buy it by using Google play card
I will ask Google support for help

if you are on ATT they will just put the charge on your phone bill, but im not sure about other carriers.

T-Mobile will allow you to charge your bill as well

But no luck im with swisscom and normaly they allow me to buy things on my phone bill but not in android market
And paypal is fine,but so far ive seen one app that allowed me to pay with paypal...

I know, don't get why google still won't let us pay with paypal for example, imagine the growth in app purchases when everyone can purchase them. Would prevent piracy too. But I've been told they give away free credit cards with everything you can buy in the USA...
Wirecard, just google it.
Registered on Monday, transferred 20 €, Thursday it was on the Wirecard account and I paid my first app with this virtual prepaid credit card.
Try an other market e.g App Center, just Google it
Ok sounds good will give app center a shot, otherwise ill make a wirecard account.

im from mexico,
i use debit card but talk with the banker to get the card with i can make electronic buys

I wish I could get these free apps. Why's it limited to U.S?
They are working with the devs of the apps to advertise them for a short while to increase traffic. Once that time frame is up more ppl will know about the app and can then generate more revenue for the developers.

im pretty sure its not going to be like that forever... they should be expanding soon.. they are probably just testing it out in the u.s

thats what i wanted to know
From what i heard they still give the dev 20% of the cost of the app for every free app. i.e. a $.99 goes free amazon gives dev $.20ish. so the dev's still get a little bit
Are the apps they give away decent or upgradable through the market?
So far I got doodle jump free , shazan encore(4.99) free, dinner dash free , .farm frenzy for free. Not bad. They free and this are good apps .

These apps require you to keep the Amazon app store installed on your device. If you remove Amazon app store the apps you downloaded will no longer work.
I do not know about paid apps but the free ones that are showcased daily will not work if you remove the Amazon app store.

yea you do or u can use amazon giftcard
you must first setup an amazon account using a credit card or paypal. when you install the amazon android store app, it syncs with your amazon account, so you don't store your credit card # or paypal info on your phone

Oh snap, I did not know that. Good thing I read this before I wiped my phone without any worry of losing anything. I'll have to do a Backup now. Thanks!
your apps are updateable, for free. lol. and since your account is set up with your amazon acct you can wipe and change roms a million times, as soon as you put the app store back on your phone and sign in with your account you can redownload your apps back again, still free.

Google just released an app called Google Opinion Rewards and what it does is give you free money for answering surveys. At first I am thought it was going to be crap surveys that don't even give you anything, but I gave it a try and I'm extremely impressed. Its well layed out and the surveys are easy and take about 15 seconds. Also its not just survey after survey after survey. It will give you a notification when a survey is ready click it, do it, and your done. I really think people should try it I did and I got $1.00 at the moment and I can't help but check my phone very second just to see if I have another survey waiting.

Only in the US. Pffft.
Been using it for 3-4 days. So far the surveys are no more thwn 10 questions per survey and you get an average of 0.20 per completed survey

No way, that's not working.I tried it in Germany. It says that your account is unsupported

Your gmail account must be american besides using a US VPN to get the app working
It's easy to do that, put these information in your gmail account:
Address: 4283 Express Lane
City: Sarasota
Postal code: 34238
State: Florida
Use a US VPN then start the app
You can choose any state but I choosed Florida because there is no TAX when purchasing apps.

From Google Wallet, sign in with your gmail, then go to settings and fill out the address book
My Sister gave me a a $50 Google play gift card last month, I couldn't use it due to regional issue so I saved the code in a .rar and set a pass for it . I forgot what pass I used and now I can't recover my code & I've disposed the gift card by then.
