[Q] Maxxaudio integration and Pandora app - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I love the new maxxaudio integration, but it's not working with Pandora, only with google play music with files on my phone.
Has anyone figured this out yet? I listen to Pandora way more than anything else.

You asked the same thing here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2731638&page=193 no need to double post

Google Play Shuffle

I posted this in the standard Android Apps forum, but not really getting any good replies, thought I would try our Note forum.
Here was my post...
So i have stuck it out with google music. I have close to 7000 songs uploaded.
The one thing that kills me is shuffle on a playlist. It seems i keep getting the same songs playing and it never really shuffles through them all. After many google searches i see others having the same issue. Nothing recent though. Anyone else have this issue or know of google is aware?
Is it the player or the service? I dont know of any other cloud service like this except for the upcoming xbox music.
This shuffle thing is really annoying.
Two users in my original thread recommended two other players, but I don't think there is an app out there that streams my google music library. I am waiting for PowerAmp to provide that feature soon

[Q] Google Play Music: Kept Music

I don't like the Google Play Music application much, so basically what I was wondering was if I could play kept google play music songs and albums in another player such as PowerAmp somehow. From what I have seen there is no way to do this because google incorporates some sort of DRM in all of their music files, which makes sense, because they don't want people just copying and pasting kept music files that they didn't actually buy. I have determined the location of the saved music files to be in "root\data\data\com.google.android.music\files\music" if I am in the wrong spot please let me know. I have pulled the saved music files (MP3's) from this location but can not manage to play them in any music player. I also tried running them through a converter just for the hell of it but the converter instantly crashes when I try converting the file. I don't think there is anything that can be done about this but if anybody has any ideas please let me know!
not possible. stop trying
I don't think you can get them from your phone but you can most definitely download the songs to your computer as regular mp3's. You can then put them on your phone and use any media player.
on a desktop/laptop, open google play music. pick what songs you want, then press download. the downloaded songs that you got using google play music desktop can now be played in other music applications.
Even still...if you have not purchased the song, you cannot download it. All of the music in "My Library" that you've uploaded can be dl'd but not songs you randomly hear and "Add to my Library"
Unless I'm doing something wrong....
You can not download music on a pc unless you have purchased that music. On the android application there is however and option to download music to the device in a hidden location (root\data\data\com.android.google.music\files\music). You can download them, but like I said they are encrypted or have some sort of DRM incorporation so you can not play them anywhere but within the play music application. I don't think it's possible. I just wanted a few opinions on it.

AudioFX for all audio-outputting apps?

First: I searched and didn't found anything related
My question is whether there's a possibility to add apps to the functionality of AudioFX. Play Music and ACE Music Player are the only apps I have installed which are using AudioFX. I'm listening to a lot of YouTube music and it would be glorious if AudioFX would work with YT, too. Anyone has got an idea?
So, enyone knows how to modify AudioFX to works in all apps, like global equalizer ?

Alternative Music Widget?

Hi guys
is there an alternative music player widget thats usable with google play music? i dont want to replace the google music app, i quite like it. but i would appreciate a widget that allows me to directly control volume and maybe even the trackprogress like its possible directly through the app. does something like that exist?
I would be insteresting too. The one from NexMusic is awful compared to PowerAmp.
Media Utilities offers widget to control your music but it seems that the widgets were created during Cupcake era
Was using this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jackthakar.musicwidget , before Google Play Music get its own widget.
I just use Zooper.

Locksreen Music Control

With music streaming app like Tidal, there is no way to play next on lockscreen. The widget just doesnt' show up like stock player does. Is there any way to fix this? Your workaround is much appreciated. Thanks.
Got the same problem with Spotify. I noticed that the version B152 shows the widget. The updates after B152 doesn't show it anymore..
that what is always see
updates fix one error
damage alot else
The same happens to me with Beyondpod and PocketCast podcasts apps, and with Eleven music app.
But lockscreen controls appears with Google Music App.
I do not understand, it so hard to make all programs can have their lockscreen controls in Huawei Emui??
I hope some solution comes in form of a flashable zip or else.
Same here with Apple Music. No music control widget!
+1 (PlayerPro)
