Can anyone please tell me what is the ''dropzone'' ? what is it used for ?
I installed xposed and greenify but when i open greenify this image is shown (as below)
How can i solv it ? I have already the greenify to start up and as ''protected'' app ....I really dont understand what is blocking it ?
Do your huawei has a greenify like option by defoult ? If yes how and when ? Thank you so muchhhhhhhhh
You may either need to set Greenify as device administrator (Settings>Security>Device Adminstrator) or activate it on Accessibility (Settings>Accessibility>Greenify)

or go to power saving and select normal mode instead smart... try it MIGHT heelp
Greenify will be killed automatically in those cases:
1- If it is not in the Protected app list (Settings - Protected apps - Greenify On)
2- If it's not in the Ignore list of Clean Master, Battery Doctor, DU Speed Booster, DU Battery Saver or alike apps which kills apps when screen turned off.
3- Greenify Automater must be Active in Device Administrators under Security settings.
4- Greenify must be On under Accessibility settings.
Hope it will be of help

You can check your battery usage using the App called Better battery stats . Once you get to know the culprit ( wakelocks , battery eating apps ) those apps can be hibernated . Ex. I hibernate Maps , Google + etc ..
it doesnt hipernate touchdown app
but anyway, superb app
You cannot hibernate system apps using Greenify.. It can hibernate only downloaded apps.. .. Even apps that have been granted device admin status cannot be hibernated..
There is a feature which sends some kinda anonymous usage data via the greenify app.. Go to settings in the greenify app and turn it off..

Yes i use it and works flawesly on cm10 &cm10.1.
I hibernated about 6/7 system apps and no problem.
You need xposed installer.apk to install xposed framework to make greenify pro works correctly.

Dsp manager, play store, themes provider, facebook, media storage.... and what you want. If you notice a bad behavior on the phone only have to degreenify those sistem apps one by one, to know which shouldnt be greenified.

You have to install xposed installer.apk & greenify donation version.

I've done that already. I have greenified quite a few system apps. But media storage, play store don't seem to appear in the list... And moreover when I try to greenify Play Store by using the search and then clicking on the notification.. It says system apps cannot be greenified..
Like I said, I have already greenified quite a few System apps.. But play store will not greenify..

You have to push on "insist" button.

Check out the 1st screenshot.. I have greenified system apps, so I know what the 'insist' button does..
Check the second screenshot. When I try to greenify Play Store there is no insist option.. That's what I am confused abt..
Good app. Thank you!
Take a look at this app... it's really amazing! :good::good::good:

p.s.: in xperia J, it's better to disable "extended stand by mode" in power management...

This app is useful for low memory device ! I'm using it

If you update it (check if its in /data) then it will work. Anything stored in /system/app will not work.

It's not recommended to hibernate Google Play...
For other system apps you can transform them in "user apps" with Titanium Backup Pro and then they can be hibernated / "greenified".

Not recommended? Try just freezing it then youll know the difference. No more lags in games.

If you have Wanam installed , go to security hacks and check " disable secure storage " , this might work. Also try to clear cache . I'm rooted and S-Health is ok for me.
Cheers

Do you any kind of battery saver mode enabled?
Are you using any kind of RAM management apps or task killer apps?
Do you have some kind of "performance optimizing" settings enabled?
If so, these kinds of things would/could disable that feature.

I only use Lspeed for increasing performance every now and then
And also I fixed it by downloading app ops root permission manager and gave permission

Expand on that please.
Overlay apps are no longer supported in Q and up is my understanding.
They run fine on Pie.
