[Completed] [Q] How to extract .pac rom?

Dear All,
I have a stock rom backup in .pac which should be flashed through Upgrade Tool.
I want to extract its system folder to port.
Does anyone know how to extract its content?

Hi,
I've never heard of that file format. If winrar from the play store, or another zip extractor app can't open in, then it likely only works with the app that created the backup.
You can seek other ideas by asking for help here,

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. You'll need a pc to decompile the dll. I also don't recommend anyone mess with their device if you don't have access to a pc. You often need a pc to return it to stock if you mess something up.

[Completed] please help recovery deleted files from microSD(twrp files)

hello. im at a lost i tried multiple softwares but none have recovered the files that i needed. im trying to recovery my twrp backup files and my mybackup pro files as well as other similar files. i was able to recover my pics but not the rest. the software i use recover raw files. there either zip that are unable to open or .stl files also unable to open . i accidentally did a factory data reset in rom(jasmine) on my sdcard can someone suggest a software that will help me out
here are the softwares ive use
Sandisk recovery pro
easeus
active file recovery
recuva
the files will say
0001.rar or zip
(numbers).stl
(numbers)tar

[Completed] Unzipin tar file?

I have a Lg g4 h8110h for t mobile. Im trying to root it by low effort root that i got here on XDA.
One of the files is a tar.gz. I downloaded on my computer and i unzip it and i got just a tar. file. The problem comes now. I unziped it with 7 zip as i saw in a tutorial to root this phone with low effort root. I can see on 7 zip othe image file but i cant save it. I doesnt let me move it or copy it or do something with it. When i click it again, it just give me another tar file but that one can be saved. I tried with other files unzzipers like 8 zip and unpacked. No succes yet. Any ideas?

[Completed] How to unpack and install a recovery.img

I have a rooted Alcatel One Touch Pop 7 P310A and i can't find any place that explains EXACTLY how to unpack this file and how to insert it into my phone. (I have always had a Samsung phones and used TWRP and Odin, but there isn't a TWRP, and i don't think i can use Odin with this CWM file as it isn't a .tar file its a .img file. Please help.
