Guys help Xperia l storage rror

so I used the Gl to sd app and I on the file manager most of my games
showed up in the internal memory which was over 13 gb and then I accidentally deleted them
but now all my games don't work
so I tried re installing them but they don't work
and I've deleted all the game data on my internal storage but for some reason it says I only have a few mb free like 143..
but There's NO game data at all
now it says I have no space for installing any apps please helpp

I was also has that problem, but now after. 17 update it fixed... Did you try repair your software using PC Companion? Or do Factory reset first, and if it's not working, try repair...

same problem aftr 17 update my internal memory gets full by itself im helpless its not going at all

i have problem before i swap my memory...it get full storage silent...and dont know what the problem...to solve it i reboot my devices....

I've got a question to devs here. Can someone edit TZ4.1 kernel, to mount external sd-card (i've got 32gig class 10/uhs-1) as internal? I've tried to edit init.sony.rc, but that edited kernel by me didn't work. I see no point in using that internal memory. If someone could help me with that, PM me (I just want this for my personal usage, and won't republish this anywhere).
Please help me, only this one thing is stopping me from using KK on my phone. I've tried a lot of tutorials, kitchens, scripts on Win/Linux machine, it never worked. Sometimes I could see TZ logo and boot into TWRP, but couldn't boot into system, or it just rebooted itself after 5secs of black screen.

I'm not a developer but external memory as internal is set by default in Matrix ROM which is in Android development section. So you can try it. Or look inside it and find changes that you need.

It has changes in vold.fstab which is deprecated in android 4.3+ so it won't work on KitKat

@varun.chitre15 Could You help me with it?

Using external as internal is risky. Could damage your card so very badly.

I will make you ramdisk when I get home (6-8 hours),but you will need to pack it yourself, because I don't want to reshare varun's work.
P.s.- I can tell you what you need to change just send me PM.

I know, but I'm a bit tired of FolderMount, because SwiftKey is showing me an error every boot, and I need to download dictionaries again, and when I've got no Internet coverage except 2G, then it's painful to do. And I bet it's faster than internal storage (I may be wrong)

Oh, forget do say, I were using that solution in vold.fstab on 4.2.2, and worked like a charm. (even since when I had galaxy s advance, and SE Arc S) It's still the same MicroSD card

You can move some apps to sdcard without any problem... but if you want to move others apps using force move to sdcard then use link2sd app from playstore - it requires rooted devices where you can increase the size of your internal memory to any size using ext3/4 partition of the sdcard...

First you have to UNLOCK BOOTLOADER
Then you have to root your device(for how to root http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-e3/general/root-e3-t2964845 )
then get FOLDERMOUNT From Playstore
now install big games on sd card and mount them whenever you want to play them.

I am playing with mounts2sd, which seems very logic since it just (I beleive) mounts filesystems as a linux would do and with the least fuzz once you get the sd-ext partition because you dont have a bunch of links all artound your filesystem. But could not yet make it work nice, not sure who to blame: root, init.d, busybox (unlikely), m2sd itself or just me.
Has anyone managed to move apps, cache, data, etc to external sd card? What solution did you use and what works best on our E3? This device is surprising me positively except for its very limited system storage...

well you are using aosp android l which run on art my method won,t work on art cuz xposed not working but xposed is comming for art see this.

You can create a step by step how to install obb on sd and kitkat sd card full access.
I tried installing 2 and did not work to the field with the date on the sd card.

Try deleting empty folder ? in Internalsd/Android/obb/Gamefolder
And make sure you copy obb to externalsd/android/obb/Gamefolder.

I tried to do with worms 2 but also failed.
foldermount works.
I do not know what I'm doing wrong.
My phone has root.
installed Xposed.
installed Obb on SD.
installed Kitkat SD card full acess.

Try installing busybox.

It is not for d2203, d2206 and d2243.

so i am not able to install big games from google play with this mod ? what does it do then ? do i really have to download the game on pc and then copy it to the phone sd card(mounted as internal storage where games are downloaded)? wasnt this kernel developed to bypass this and let install big games from GP and other things ? seems weird to me

Well, I've tried the D2212 kernel, and it works!!!
Camera working, and I'm downloading Asphalt 8 from the Play Store...
But I found a problem: When I take screenshots, I can't see they, they look like are broken, and I can't send from PC via bluetooth or copy with USB

My phone is D2212 and I've tested the last build you made:

For now all e3 family can download big games.
But LTE varraint have canera problem.

I've tried this method and it isn'nt working on my device.
I just installed the oficial 4.4.4 rom.
Rooted and checked the root and it's ok.
Flashed the kernel and everithing went ok, via flashtool and adb. I've tried both ways.
I have checked also the vold.fstab file and there is only one line, pointing to the external sd.
But, still having the 2gb limitation and an almost empty 15gb external sd i cannot use
Ask me if want to see any file or whatever is needed to help, i will try to send it asap.

Try flashish stock from emma and then flash this kernel , it worked for me, except photos and music problem everything was fine

Hello, i Installed the kernel and when i connect the phone to pc the Drives are swapped but in the settings page
it show both the internal and external as 1.72 GB (the internal twice)
also with ES explorer i saw 3 partitions mounted
emulated/0 (16 GB)
storage/sdcard1 (1.7 GB)
sdcard1/0 (16 GB)

you just found three of all.
