Decided to post this at XDA since they use Swappa as their official marketplace and I wanted everyone to know. My buyer was having an issue with a phone which I thought was T-Mobile phone, I was not the original owner, but apparently it wasn't. So I went ahead and told the buyer it was ok to return the item for a FULL refund. Keep in mind Swappa Staff would keep interfering making it harder and harder for me to be seen as a reliable seller. Instead they ask the buyer to file a dispute so he may be protected when returning the item! Every time a dispute is filed your PayPal account gets a strike, too many of them and they'll suspend you. Yet this staff member insists that filing a dispute is the right way and asks the buyer to ignore my instructions! I'm sure it's not the staffs fault since he's just probably doing what he's told but man this make a great site suck ass. I am permitted to show you the conversation as long as the buyer's personal info isn't shown. Swappa keeps it archived and I may do the same, as long as both parties are aware then it is allowed.

Here's a comparison chart I just created of warranty and insurance coverage for smart phones.
Comparison is between SquareTrade, Worth Ave Group, ToughCell, and Sprint TEP. I did not include others as I am not really familiar with them or haven't heard of them. I have Sprint, worked with SquareTrade, and will probably be going with Worth Ave Group in the near future. I did my best to be as accurate as possible but things may be different! Feel free to suggest corrections and/or additions. I'll update/fix it and repost whenever I get the chance.
**This information may not be 100% percent accurate so ask questions to whichever party you choose before signing up for anything, anywhere! Things change, and information found on their websites may change or may be incorrect! All information in this chart is collected from their respectful websites and recent experience**
*Coverage compared is for SMARTPHONES only, NOT iPhones or anything else* No, I'm not saying iPhones aren't smartphones, they have their own category on most of the websites of these providers.

We have a microsoft store near my house and the wife and I have been grabbing a free $25 gift card each every week to eventually buy something in the store. The losers get the $25 gift card. Today, after performing a fresh install of a new rom on my sensation I went in prepared to lose. I chose the card to post to facebook and twitter first. I turned my phone on, waiting for it to boot while the MS employee was already typing to post to facebook and twitter at the same time. I was ready to surrender, when she said, uh oh, I can't post and had a repeating error. I finally get to facebook, have to enter in my username and password, then the phone wants to sync, finally I manage to say Hi and post. She says congratulations, and I go home with a $1000 gift card to the microsoft store. I am not a gamer, and don't know a whole lot about microsoft products, any MS people around here in the forum. I am thinking about possibly getting a Samsung Slate, but I am also tempted to hold off until Windows 8 starts arriving on the shelves. At this point we have $1125 in gift cards to the MS store, thank you Microsoft.

So its bothering the hell out of me right now. It doesnt look like a dead pixel, I see it when the screen is off. So its more like a piece of dirt stuck between the screen and the glass.
Its mainly bothering me since its a brand new device.. Should I just settle or do I bother to go back and exchange it?
I've never dealt with Sprint CS before. Any tips? Can I just walk in and ask for an exchange? I'm not the main account holder though, my sister is.
If you go to a corporate store they order a new one. Good thing for you since this phone is new that you probably get a new one and not a refurb. They will run test and probably ask you to do a hard/soft reset to see if that fixes it. But you SHOULDNT have a problem.

Hm sounds good.
What counts as a corporate store though? Any of the big yellow sprint-only stores?
Theres one near my campus but I dont know if I trust it, shady neighborhood haha.
I'll drop by and see what they say though.
Good morning and Good evening to all.( depending on your location lol)
My application " IdIalit " was created a few months back and i have previously shared it with you guys but i wanted to re post it incase new members have joined.
My friend and I put in hundreds of hours into making this app and I think almost everyone can benefit from using it.
Basically what this app does is instead of you calling a major company and getting frustrated trying to navigate their options to get a human being on the line - our app does all that for YOU. Just pick a company from our list and watch our app call that company, press all the required digits till you the user are in the queue for a representative and from there you just wait till someone answers the phone.
I want to point out that there is no trick that we used to accomplish this. We literally sat there and called each company on our list and tried and tried all the possible combinations till we got it right.
Here is a link to our app. I hope you guys use it and enjoy it.
Thank You

It is real
Seems to be the real deal.... unfortunately!
Cyberattack on Samsung compromises personal information of US users
According to Samsung, the company has experienced a data breach that affects customers located in the United States.

My daugher got the same email. I haven't yet, so it seems not everybody was affected.
Great
Funny thing was SamMobile was giving ice universe a hard time this morning about security. They are more concerned about security than OS animation.

I got that email also from Samsung. They said credit card info was not breeched and hopefully that is the case.
It just proves once again that no company is too big or too small to be breeched.

What exactly threw you off in this email? They are not telling you to call or email anyone or requesting any information from you, and there is only a single link to samsung.com (the official site).
How can it be a phishing email when it's not phishing for anything?
