I recently flashed cyanogenmod 12 using the file from official cyanogen website. It all work out fine until there is a few compability issues and i want to revert back to previous android(4.4.4) after i flashed from recovery my phone loaded but system.ui stopped and my phone goes black except for the notification bar and the gesture is working with camera when in sleep mode.So i planned to reflash it again with my prev CM12 and gapps package. But the same thing happened and i plan to revert to more prev update thru ADB sideload. After i used ADB sideload,i got error at TWRP saying unable to mound /data unable to mount storage, failed to wipe dalvik and unable to mount storage. So i wanted to revert to revert the recovery using fastboot mode(bootloader) but suddenly, the sdk ony my pc cant detect my phone anymore.
Im now bery fustrated since i forgot to do backups.:crying:

got the phone yesterday, then installed the OTA update , then when i got back home i unlocked the bootloader from htcdev site. Then went to fastboot and flashed the cwm recovery touch, installed the su libs, did a backup ,factory reset and wipe cache, installed cm 10.0 and gapps , after restart it was unable to boot.now i know this is because of s-on.So i restored the backup and then installed goo manager from play store and flashed twrp recovery in order to try cm 10.1 with its aroma installer.during the installation of cm 10.1 i choose the newest tmo radio and after that i installed the htcdumlock and then THIS IS WHERE THE THINGS WENT WRONG i choose one of the other options in twrp i think restore recovery and then the option on the right side on the screen but it didn't able to finish it so i restarted the phone and now it stays on the the red warning text , unless i install boot.img from MaximusM fastboot toolkit or something witch gives me the option to choose recovery from fastboot witch actually somehow boots the ROM. forgot to mention that i had problems with the sd card mounting under twrp after i flashed cm 10.1 so i had to revert back and then between stock recovery witch actually makes the phone to boot in the stock rom and the other two custom recovery`s
so i have downloaded the tmo ruu and before im trying to relock the device i just want to ask am i on the right way with this??
Its OK i figured it out
So one fine day my TF101G runs out of juice and shuts down. I did the usual, plug in power cable, wait for a while before powering on.
However this time the TF101G is stuck on the loading screen.
I'm on No-Name CM10.1 4.2.2 by josteink with CrossBreeder.
I also have TWRP installed, so I booted up with TWRP and tried to see what can be done. I noticed that there was an error message saying unable to mount /data regardless of what i try to do.
I supposed that would be the root of my failure to boot into the OS itself?
If so, what can I do to recover back into 4.2.2 without losing data?
Many TIA!
ok it appears that I'm unable to mount internal storage also.
I can enter TWRP but I cant do anything because i cant mount internal storage and /data

I know nothing about the G model but at that point I'd say you have to give up on whatever data was on there. Just start over, reflash a new rom. If it doesn't work, go back to stock then reflash.

Thanks Lethe, but I tried flashing CM10.1 but it failed due to unable to mount /data and also internal storage.
So I tried to flash stock firmware, but it failed also. Now I do not have TWRP/any recovery nor can I boot into CM10.1
I supposed the only way is through ADB.
But i'm not too sure how to go about doing it.
ok managed to get this working.
thankfully i still managed to boot into TWRP, and flash stock ICS firmware.
It didn't really went well because of unable to mount /data and internal storage.
But somewhere the flash in TWRP managed to take place and the tablet went to do some sorting out by itself and viola! it managed to boot into stock ICS.
run PERI and got everything up and running again. at the expense of losing all data but at least i dont have to get a new tablet
p/s: i look through the forums and it appears that the TF101 have a thing of building itself back up after a soft-brick

Hmmm. I'd just restore back to stock again, but using getting the stock images and running the .bat file.
Then install CWM again and try..
http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=14
Choose the right version, and unzip, then put the phone in download mode and run the .bat
(If you are on Android 4.4, then I would recommend you stay on 4.4, but if you are on 4.3, stay on 4.3)
Good luck!
i have problem getting my tablet p3100 bact to stock rom odin just doesn't do it . it always fails
This is the case the tablet is using cm12. and i recieved daily updates something went wrong with one of the updates. tablet turn on an stays on the loggo cynagenmod tried reinstalling the cm12 again it appears ok but when it boot it jus wont do it
its cmw based recovery v6.0.5.1 when it install cm12 it says scrip succeded
e cant open cache recovery log
when i reboot system root acces possibly lost fix no matter if i select yes or no reebooting e/ cant open cache recovery log
it resets and cm12 loggo comes up but it seems it dosnt install :
So i tried to install a new kernel, but things got messy, the kernel installed, but when it booted it gave me a black screen, could only hold the power button to open the turn off, restart features.I tried to flash a new firmware with odin, but it just fails to flash,if i boot into recovery twrp and try to copy somehting on my internal storage it gives me an error saying my phone is disconnected or not responding, then i formated everything and now i only have recovery to boot into with no options to install a firmware with odin since it fails.Tried with smart switch as well, nothing.I guess it has something to do with the fact that i coudn't copy anything on my internal storage.Any ideas?
Issue solved, used adb sideload to install a custom rom and that worked
