Hey there,
I'm currently considering using Google Cloud to host leaderboards with Google Play Services.
My Question is, how much does it roughly cost? I've found a price calculator (can't post link) but I have no idea which of these services Google Play's leaderboards uses, or how much space/traffic they consume. Does anyone have experiences about the pricing? Or are there even better alternatives? I heard one could also use webspace and connect via php, but I'm not good at secure/ network programming.

Hi, Our game discovery app allows users to play the trial version of a game app in real time, similar to onlive.com . The trial versions of game apps will be stored on a cloud server. In addition to apps the cloud server will also store android emulators. The app will access the emulators through a wifi connection. We are looking for Android and Amazon EC2 developer(s). We would prefer developer(s) to work for equity, but this can be negotiable. Please see our demo video and more info at trylerapp.com. Patent Pending
Reviews play a very important role and helps app developers increase the app ranking on google play store. As I am new in this field so wanted how can we get good reviews on google play store. People download the app but it really not an easy task to make them review your app..

I Think The Best Way Is To
First Create a good app.
Share It Over Social Net.
Anways, A Good App Will get Good Rankings And Reviews.
So Focus On The App.
Thanks ! Pranto..
But I believe that we need to work on the marketing strategy as well. Ofcourse the main aim should be quality app but then again marketing is also important.
I have installed cyanogen mod without the Google crap and I wish I could play online games without without the Google play services but there doesn't seem to be anywhere asked. So I ask here: is there anyway to play online games on mobile without Google play services ?
I have a few games from Amazon and Humble Bundle. Is it possible to connect games with achievements and other Google Play Games features to GPG?
For example, I have Monument Valley from Amazon. It supports Google Play achievements if I get it from GP, but there is no way to log in to GPG in the Amazon version.
Can it be done? Does it depend on the game?

Nope, sorry. The game/app itself is different when bought from each store. There's code in the GP version to connect to GPG, but not in the Amazon version.
I have recently come upon an idea to level up on Google Play Games so I wanted to ask what would be the best way to achieve that? Thanks!
