Guys pls help. So i rooted my phone and delete the "prestigio installer",and it all worked.But when i did a factory reset,i got stuck on prestigio wizzard saying:"wizzard has stop working". And it repeats all the time,if anyone of you could give me copy of all system apks i will be soo glad,I just got this phone recently. Pls help me

I cannout make calls or anybody cannot call me...
I got new ROM for my phone but i cant flash it...
When I connect my phone into the pc it says unrecognised device.
