INSTRUCTION TO FLASH ROM
1. You must have STOCK KITKAT and CUSTOM RECOVERY
2. Download ROM to your SD-CARD
3.Reboot to RECOVERY
4.Wipe SYSTEM/DATA/CACHE/DALVIK CACHE (neccessary)
5. Flash ROM from sdcard
6. Reboot and enjoy
7. if it does'nt reboot, remove battery and then reboot...
First Boot will take time. Be Patient

Just being honest, this is the slowest ROM ever.. Click on something and wait 2 minutes for it to open.. So much lag that its not meant for normal use.. Sticking with cm11 for now..

Yes you can flash it over RR-N
But you need to wipe system too before flashing MIUI9
And You can use any recovery
TWRP will work too
WIFI will work na
