At this moment the project need 30,000 signups to be developed on android (10,000 to iOS, why Android is always on the backside...), and there is 12,000 signups when I write this. If i demo my app and publish it on google play and providing the user has to go to codecanyon to purchase and download it ??

Recently Google Play removed many (25000+)apps related to Sexual content the reason is one Blogger, who written about Sexually Content apps.
This guys are writing blogs about Fake Apps in Google play, I found in XDA general.. They are written already 3apps I contact the writer who is there in France he said he is going to write 4th which is App locker.
This guys are doing very good job, posting the fake apps.. All we have to report to Google the app is fake once they posted.. lets clean the Android Store..

Hello Everyone!
I've just published a new game on the Android Marketplace. It's called "Flapper Force Z"! I'm a new user so I can't post a link, but you can find it on the Android marketplace easily enough just by doing a search for "Flapper Force Z".
