Flash the stock recovery image first..... reboot back in bootloader and try to flash cwm then.

[Q] Black screen. Please Help.

Hi guys I rooted my Z3 and installed TWRP so i could install a custom rom. So I downloaded the ROM, booted to TWRP, wiped everything, then installed the ROM. It said everything was successful so I rebooted my phone. Now there is a black screen. When I hold the power button, the phone vibrates for a second but nothing happens. When I plug my phone in, there is a red flashing light. What do I do?? Please help me.

That has a custom kernel so you need to unlock the bootloader to flash it.
To repair it you can restore the backup you must have taken in recovery before flashing the rom
or
Flash a stock FTF in flashtool from flashtool.net
or
Force a software repair using PCCompanion.

The custom kernel should have recovery in it (Probably) so you can try entering by pressing the volume up or down button when you reboot the phone.
EDIT, my mistake, the kernel is not booting.
Flash a stock FTF ending in .93, root, install recovery and restore the backup
or
Force a software repair using PCCompanion, downgrade, root, install recovery, restore backup

OK im in flashtool but when i plug my phone in to flash, it asks for drivers, but I have all the drivers installed. What should I do? http://gyazo.com/29bbe3a0b82d333acc8efe03be4275c5
goto C:\flashtool\drivers
run drivers.exe
choose Z3, fastboot and flashmode drivers
restart PC and try again.
Also, it would help if you show the whole log from flashtool.....

[Q] Phone stuck on black screen with led light always on.

Hey guys, I just tried flashing CWM touch recovery however something strange has occurred. The phone went into the bootloader like normal but would switch off completely after a few seconds and now it's unresponsive with only the screen being on but completely black and the led notification light remaining orange and being on permanently. Phone isn't switching off either, any help would be super appreciated.
Go on, give us a bit more info
Such as
Have you unlocked the boot?
What firmware version/ROM are you on?
What commands did you use to flash the recovery?
Greg
Sorry, running Glade rom so CM12 and bootloader is unclocked. Command used to flash recovery was 'fastboot flash bootZ3_DooMLoRD_AdvStkKernel_v01_FW-93.img'.
My pc is registering the phone connecting but nothing else.

That kernel will only work on a stock rom. Reflash the boot.img from with in the ROM you are on OR flash a stock ROM

Will do, used the TWRP recovery but am reflashing back to a stock rom. The phone is still unresponsive though.
Ok so I had to reinstall drivers that were faulty and the phone was responding to commands again and have since flashed the correct boot.img. Thanks heaps

Nexus 5 boot-loop. Can enter bootloader but not recovery

I just got a broken Nexus5 with a boot-loop issue. As soon as the Google logo appears it reboots. I can enter booloader normally but if I select recovery the same happens, reboot. I unlocked the bootloader and flashed TWRP in, same thing. Tried to flash full stock 5.1.1, same thing.
Any ideas?

You said 5.1.1 that is not out yet only 5.1. Also you do not need TWRP to flash google stock image, if you can get into bootloader as you said, you can flash the image with your PC. or am i missing something ?

Sorry I meant 5.1.0 from https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
I first flashed TWRP with the idea to install CM from there, but then I can't even enter it (all commands through fastboot work just fine), which is a pretty bad sign I guess. Then I flashed stock 5.1.0, and nothing changed.

I don't think so, phone stays in bootloader indefinitely until I reboot or try to enter recovery.
