[Q] internal storage is getting full by itself please help developers

after 17 update, my phone internal memory is getting full by itself. iv attached. screenshots of my internal memory
and three of of them are taken in a hour and there are many other users facing this problem in sony xperia l. it strikes every time I download a torrent from any torrent or sometimes by itself after few days later after every hard reset

since im new in xda they are not allowing me to attach any out side link but you can check it by yourself just googling sony xperia l internal storage problem and you will find sony forum result related to this problem
my device is rooted and unlocked bootloader and im using clean n tweaked v2.1 rom and vengeance 2.3 kernel but this is a problem im facing since I've upgraded to stock rom 17 I'l be very thankful to any 1 who will solve this problem please help

iv seen this thread and iv tried all of them methods non of them worked. any other suggestions please sir to solve this problem

Go to sdcard0 (internal 4gb storage)/dcim/thumbnails amd there are two useless thumbnails files, each one 1gb, which can be deleted without any problem...but caution, these two *****es create in couple of days again!

For people who are facing issues after 4.2.2 update or not

I just flash my C2105 and I'm facign some annoying issues like worse camera quality or Subway Surfers that does not start... I saw lots of you having at least the camera quality issue. And I also see people not having any issue (but there're less numerous). So I just want to know your "Customization Version" to see if it comes of one specific ROM or if it's general. People don't facing issues can also posts their "CV" . It can help us.

Have you wiped everything before updating?
Always do a fresh install, otherwise bugs may occur

Everything was wiped: Data and cache.
Have you encountered any issue? What's you CV?

First time i had issue, I repaired it thanks to Update Service... But now, I flash .2.17, I gave up as there too many bad things in this update.

My problm is now solve!!

Mine are solved.
To play Subway Surfer, you have to move the game from the internal sotrage to the phone storage.
And other issues have been fixed thanks to a .ftf I created. #proud#

for subway surfers problem
just move subway surfers from internal storage to device memory it will run
go to settings > apps > downloaded> subway surfers click 'move to phone'..
Now the game will run

That's what I said

has anyone noticed that all desktop shortcuts for apps or widgets that are not in the internal memory dissapear after a restart of the device? in order for the shortcuts to remain you have to move the app to the phone memory? am I the only one experiencing this?

I am facing the error in settings when i try to move stuff from internal to external storage!It shows unfortunately settings has stopped : /

Its bug in 4.2.2 bug , others also facing same problem

I did not notice this. But I installed "Falling FRed" on my phone. I put all my games in a folder in my drawer. Everytime I restart my phone, "Falling Fred" is out of the folder.

And when you try from external storage to internal, what happens?

When you go to settings-storage-transfer data to SD card the error shows...not anywhere else!

I know these are problems that a lot of people are confronted to. But I just want to know if it comes from a specific .FTF or anything else. And after having flashed my phone with an other .FTF, some bugs disappear.

Yes it is! I flashed world generic firmware and I had internal storage problem and I flash Philippine one and it is gone! Its wierd.

Xperia L problems

Hi everyone, I´m new here and I suscribed because I have some problems since I have 4.2.2. Mi Xperia used to put vibrator mode alone, I disabled the Stamina Mode and the problem persist, the other one is that when I´m listen to music with earphones and I want to change the song with them, my cellphone resumes and I don´t know why
I hope that you can understand me and help me.
My cell phone is:

Android 4.2.2
Note: Sorry for my English, but I´m still learning

what do u mean by vibrqtor mode...????
and is ur earphone brand is sony...??? if not try sony headsets.... if yes try to use it after a factory reset....

jajaja, sorry I wanted to mean vibrant mode, and my earphones are original. The factory reset erases my documents like music, pictures and so on???

No.. It will only erase internal storage.. Like contacts, messages,call log,apps,etc..you can take a backup of that.. Music, photos,etc are not touched.. So relax..

I made the factory reset and the problem persisted so I reinstall the software with the PC Companion and now I only have the problem that sometimes the XL resumes alone when I have the earphones connected. I can change the song with the earphones´ buttons, but after short time and only some times it resumes, I would like to know the solution or what that you recommend me do. Thanks.

Are you using too many apps which are constantly running into your ram.. This problem occurs when ram isn't free to run the current app so it starts terminating the apps which are running in the background.. So just make sure you Uninstall some apps which are constantly running in the ram.. If this doesn't help you try flashing your phone through flashtool for a clean latest firmware..

i am on cm12 beta3 with xperia Z2 launcher
when i restart my mobile many app shortcuts disappeared from my home screen
(may be the app's that moved to sd card)
this problem only with xperia Z2 Launcher
i didnt like lollipop default launcher so i flashed z2 launcher
any one faced like this problem ?

This I believe is a problem lollipop. I have noticed that all the apps that are installed, lollipop puts name (base.apk) This causes conflict when moved to SD for each application that replaces the previous move.
I solved it by moving them manually with root explore.

First tip from me.
well, many people use folder mount to play big games. use xposed framework with obb on sd you never have to worry about mounting just copy obb file from internal to external sd that,s all. folder mount is hard to use and even only let you mount 3 folders but with obb on sd nothing to worry about.

I think that decreasing DPI from 240 to 215 is a great thing, it enables better theme support and everything looks more optimized, without any layout issue :3

full storage issue
I had this notification about the full storage space on my device, it says that some system function may not work, such as syncing, etc. How to solve this, I already move some picture and music files, but it seems didn't help, and I can't even install any other apps from playstore, I wonder how to solve this issue, and my E3 still locked and not rooted.

If you root then use this method to get upto 1.3gb free space
Or if you don't root all you can do is clear cache and uninstalling apps.

If you don't root you can also move some apps to SD (Settings -> Apps -> On SD card; check box). However not all apps allow this to be done, and they won't be accessible when the SD card is mounted externally via USB.

As always understimated.
I used to set it to 2048 on my previous phone. Much faster loading of songs and photos and SD not damaged at all.
