No more updates the development ended i bricked y mobile....
I'LL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR MONTHS SO PLEASE STAY TUNED..THIS NO MOR JOINT PROJECT I'M ALONE DOING THIS.....
Features of EPIC OS ROM:
1).PRE ROOTED,DEODEXED,ZIPALIGNED.
2).BASED ON DDLJ1/2.
3).LAUNCHER:HOLO LAUNCHER/STOCK HOME LAUNCHER MODDED[BY ME].
4).JB THEMED UI.[COMPLETE][BY ME].
5).OPTIONS IN NETWORK SETTINGS TO CHOOSE 2G/3G/AUTO 2G/3G MODE[BY ME].
6).LIDROID QUICK TOGGLES[BY ME].
7).SWIPE REMOVE NOTIFICATIONS[BY ME].
8).A2SD+Init.d support.
9).Nano text editor+Bash shell support.
10).ICS/JB LIKE TASK SWITCHER ADDED[BY ME].

BEFORE INSTRUCTION, IF YOU ARE ON ANY CUSTOM ROM PLEASE DO USE ODIN TO FLASH ANY STOCK ROM THEN PROCEED WITH THE INSTRUCTION. TO MINIMIZE THE ERRORS.AND DON'T ASK ME WHATS ODIN PLS.
INSTRUCTIONS:
PROCEDURE TO FLASH THE ROM FOR THE FIRST TIME:
1). BE ON STOCK ROM & KERNEL.(IT MUST BE OR ELSE PROBLEMS MIGHT OCCUR).
2). WIPE WIPE DATA/FACTORY ,CACHE AND DALVIC CACHE THROUGH CWM.
CWM FOR OUR MOB GO HERE: vM00CWM.zip
DOWNLOAD THIS ONE FROM THERE vM00CWM.zip
3).DOWNLOAD EPIC OS FROM THE LINK AND MOVE IT TO ROOT OF YOUR SD CARD. DO NOT PUT IT IN ANY OTHER FOLDER. IT WILL NOT WORK.
4).BOOT INTO RECOVERY.
5).SELECT INSTALL UPDATE FROM SD CARD.
6).SELECT vM00CWM.zip.
7).TAKE A BACKUP OF UR CURRENT ROM THROUGH vM00CWM.zip ITSELF.(SO YOU CAN RECOVER THE PREVIOUS ROM IF ANY PROBLEM OCCURS).
8).SELECT INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD. SELECT THE EPIC OS.ZIP DOWNLOADED AND INSTALL.
9).REBOOT.(WAIT FOR TWO TO THREE MINUTES FOR THE ROM TO SETUP).
10).DONE INSTALLED THE NEW ROM.
Well for people who doesn't like haptic feedback follow this procedure after flashing the rom:
OPEN ROOT EXPLORER OR ANY OTHER ROOT EXPLORER YOU ARE FOND OF.
GO TO SYSTEM THEN USER AND THEN TO KEYLAYOUTS.
THERE DELETE SEC-touchscreen.kl.

Here are the screen shots ....the ui is a little bit disappoint but waiting to test the battery life...if any bugs found found i ll notify here..
and once gain thaks for your effort

hehe sry for that i had uninstall all the apps for better rom i cant post shots
the battery standby is perfect ...and once again thanku for that one.. last 6 hours i used just for a hour ..and wifi is on but only 5%battery is discharged ....

Also in the homescreen press options and you can select different themes...

yes the icons ...i had removed the themes ..because of ram usage ...status bar icons etc are very large so .is there any other ui that we can present here

No it cant be...if its tried to replace it may be non bootable...

ROM looks good. Very Smooth. but its been only a day for me
Can the selection color be changed?..it is purple in color..even the battery appears in same color...

No don't use it with your device it may be bricked...
Why shouldn't I use?
the kernel structure and the CPU architecture build inside of both devices differ a lot..so using this rom on your device would be dangerous and may brick your handset(may stop turning up)

I really appreciate the hard work. ROM is very good and smooth.
Sorry, this does not change the UI. I would like to change the Lock screen and phone accept/reject Icon to default or something else. I don't like the Skull symbol.
I will write a detailed feedback after using it for sometime.

I installed this ROM yesterday night and first impression is very good. Have been using this for a day and here is my first impression on this ROM. This is a great ROM and hats off to Shrihari for his efforts.
Pros
- Is very smooth and looks good
- Adds some glamour to the screen
- Adds more options to lock screen. Lock slider can Unlock Screen, Open Phone, Messaging and Camera apps
- Pre-rooted
- Improved battery life
- Adds option to reject an incoming call with a message reply option
Personal dislikes
This is my personal feeling. Actually does not affect the performance.
- Unlock button has Skyrim Picture and while recieving the calls you see a Skull. Doesn't look professional
- Sim Color setting is not consistant across dialing, receiving call. Identifying the sim being used for the call is confusing
- Boots with HTC / HTC One logo. I would like to have a Celkon Logo.
- Signal strength Icon is white and not matching the color of Sim 1 / Sim 2
- Internal Memory and SD Card swapped.

Proximity sensor not working!
- A87 Doen't have proximity sensor included in the HARDWARE!
Cannot Mount USB storage
- Disable the swap you'r using [OR] Goto CWM>Mounts and storage>Mount USB Storage

They were all very unstable!, the status Bar used to close automatically , Network problem, Settings didn't opened When Data connection was turned on a white screen used to display . . and many more! SO I didn't post them!

The number of numbers you can have between one and two is infinity, so, does that mean there can never be a v2 of anything..

I flashed it on Baby P. Rom..the look is really good...but 80% of applications are force closed...cant get anything run on it.

the best part of this rom is...that the notification bar looks so empty and those ****ty 3g and g signs are gone

This is just simply awesome! I just flashed it today. But there's a problem. I think gallery is not been included so I had to extract the gallery apk from another custom ROM and then convert it to system app using link2sd. Please look into it, and once again, great rom!! :thumbup:

gps not accurate.
font are using white colour, so sometimes its cant be seen in some app.
loading screen on facebook didnt spin.
request, clean rom remove some gapps except playstore.
the rest (UI, Boot, etc) are very excelent bro.

Yes the density is 240
GPS not accurate has nothin to do with ROM, its the prob of hardware

The ROM is Fantastic, I have a couple of suggestions and questions...
Are you doing any mods for this ROM? If so, can you make a mod where we can completely disable SIM 2 (The icon dissappears from Status Bar)
I really think you should make a guide on how to mod our MMX A87 and we should request XDA Forums to make a device forum for A87.
I say this ROM is the best ROM ever for MMX. The way I see it, these are the best ROMs I know of:
1: Project Dark by Manas!
2: Jelly Bean by Ibnu!
3: Baby Prestigio!

After using this ROM for a couple of days. I've noticed a lot of bugs and FCs. Manas, I suggest that you turn this ROM into a beta.

Dude after flashing the rom i noticed that microphone has stopped working...i tried reverting back to stock but no use ...never mind the rom rocks.....il be giving my cell for service neways...keep it uppp

So this is my lovely Rom for three devices,namely Gladiator™
So let me guide how to root safely and rapidly
1) Download Unlock Root 2.3 from here
2) Install it on your PC
3) Run it & click "ROOT"
4) Finished !,Mobile reboots with superuser.apk installed.So rooted....
How to flash recovery
1) Download Recovery.apk from here
2) Install it on Device
3) Download CMW from Recovery With 2.6.29 Kernel(recomended) and Recovery With 2.6.32 Kernel
4) Open Recovery select the file CWM.img, then flash & reboot
5) To get into recovery mode just Switch off the mobile,then hold power button+home key....:good:

I got my HTC one X Bricked yesterday , now karbonn A1 is my primary phone, looking forward to install it, I was on Micro fire till now, restored back to stock and waiting for download to complete, my Broadband is 1 MBPS but I am getting only 30 KBPS.. Thumbs up to u for atleast releasing a new ROM..

I dont have proper network to be online because my home is near to central jail, so they stop the signals ..So sad..:crying:

One of the Best Rom Based on 2.2.2 for MMX a60 so far..Its better than microfire 2.1.
Great Stability,Speed,performance,sound output via Earphones is loud and clear,great battery bak,love the ringtones.Best UI so far,
Camera/data/wifi/network working great..no bugs found (still testing)
Feels really like a Gladiator.
Overall impressive work:good:
only one more tweak to add ie. gsm/wcdma toggle in settings menu.
but the notification toggle app provided (inside app package) does the job.

same here bro i also loved this rom n posted about it on droid-devz n m also surprised to see that ppl r going for buggy roms n not for this super cool n fast rom

1- The background color/image you can make more soothing to eyes like light eye soothing colors in IOS7 or S4/5
2- I am attahing some sreen shots for option popup windows

but for many others nothing in readable if you are outside or in sunlight
