Good day and thanks for having this wonderful forum. My wife has a Sony Xperia Z Ultra that shut down. The battery would not charge and hard resets did not work. I purchased another battery and followed the online instructions from the supplier. After I installed the battery, the phone would not restart and I am not certain if its battery holds a charge. There is a constant flashing red light. I want to know if there is anything I can do to get the phone to power up. I do not think I damaged anything changing the battery but I do not know how to confirm. Please help! Thanks.

I have the annoying problem with my xperia the stamina mode works for one day and then give another new results comparing it with my xperia z there is ahuge difference and i already clear the data from the extended power saving mode and force stop and reboot doesn't solve the problem can please help me?

God knows how my heart is bumping fast now, and how my feet feels cold.
I Will tell you what is my device doing right now.
1-Lock Screen appear after a reboot [full functional.. clock, notification, etc ]
2- after less than 2 or 3 second the phone completely freezes, it won't react to any of my touches or buttons
before this freeze i can only swipe along the lock pattern and feel the vibrations but won't open.
3-the phone keeps like that for a while, screen turns off then after some minutes it restarts again.

2-have a freshly installed titanium backup

Things i have made to my phone before this problem :
1- i made my "Go Launcher" a system app
but everything went well ... and worked on the phone for a while during this time
but after i rebooted the mobile phone this happened.
Can you help me !? and tell me what happen exactly !? and what should i do !?

Hi,
My Sony Xperia GO is totally dead!
Initially a couple of times, it just shut down on its own; I did a hard reset and it worked.
Then yesterday, it just died completely. NOTHING works. I tried soft and hard reset with volume button, connecting to Sony PC Companion to repair, but it didn't work.
Also kept it for charging overnight - there's NO LED light even when it is charging.
Please help!!!
P.S. I'm a noob with Android.

I have a sony xperia tx, using an app called bootbox I changed the boot screen animation. I backed up the original boot screen animation. I also did an online nandroid backup to the sd card 01, removable. I saw another boot animation I wanted to try but bootbox doesn't give the option to delete a previously downloaded boot animation. After the second boot animation the phone would go into a bootloop. So I powered it up and held down the power button. I restored it with the backup without wiping the phone. It gave me a missing boot error. Now the device is hard bricked with only the led occasionally on green when holding down the power button with it plugged into my laptop with the battery out. Then the led just sits flashing red in second intervals. It won't come on period. Is there a way to get my phone out of this hard brick status? Thanks. I have the X Rockers rom installed on it. Hi guys,
I need to restore my original boot animation on the Xperia Z as I had accedently deleted it a while ago. I have found it, but can not copy it into /system/media. Various file explorers have all told me that the copy process is not possible.I am really desperate right know, I have no idea what to do.
The phone is rooted, the downloaded file is not on my sdcard.
Oh yes, my MicroUsb port is broken so i can't connect my phone to the pc, everything has to be done right on the phone.
