hey guys i need help bad!! my laptop went down and all i have is a mac that we use in the other room. i know nothing about mac. pc until i die..lol
but i need help. until i get my hands on a pc i have been trying to install drivers so i can install a tool kit so i can at least work on my phone if something goes wrong. please any help would be great.. i have searched and even tried different zip files but no success. i am on an intel make version 10.6.8 if that helps. like i said i can figure somethings out but i am not up on mac.. thanks in advance.. ps. don't be afraid to explain it to me like i am 2 years old. don't want to miss any steps. I know there is someone out there that can help me!!!!

I don't post very much because I try to read and find my problem before I ask for help but this time I'm stuck and need a pointer or two.
I'm trying to find a way to get my Samsung M260 flip phone to be read or seen by my computer. I've loaded all the Samsung drivers but when I plug it in it just charges and I can't up or down load anything, it's just not seen.

download usbdeview. This will enable you to delete all of the old drivers. Then you can re-install the drivers and it should be good to go.

Hi my friend tried to fix her tf101 by herself and somehow made it to recovery mode and deleted something to do with nvidia as best as I can out of her.
I am trying to fix it for her, can someone help me?
I have downloaded the drivers to my pc, and already have adb, but I don't know how to tell if I am even able to boot it into download mode.
Now, if it is coming on or not, there is a blank screen.
I have done some searches here but this seems to be a new one. hoping this is not totally bricked.

Hey guys long story short I finally figured out how to root my nabi 2 from victoria antonios vid on youtube.. wellit was working for a few weeks perfectly. then I tried to unroot and bring it back to stock because I was trying to download apps and it kept saying not enough memory.. well Im sorry I dont have every detail but i went into twrp screen and wiped all data like a f**kn jackass. Well now I cant get into my device it says no OS and Im having an impossible time installing a driver on my windows 8 computer.. i cant reroot or do anything because the pdanet or other ADB makes me get into my device for something... Im lost.. Ive been searching for daaaaays trying to figure out how to fastboot and flash some new rom but I dont know how to mount my sdcard to my computer without accually being able to get into the device.. I do the recovery kernel and it keeps taking my to twrp thing.. please help guys.s.. if i have to i will mail someone a check if they can help me.. Im so bummed out fellahs.. please help me you will get good karma i promise!how can i mount the friggin sd card to flash... or whats your guys's best course of action?!?!?!?

(BTW I'm sorry if somebody else posted this problem, let me know and I will immidiatly delete this tread).
Okay lets go to the problem.
A little over a year ago I got my LG 3D P920 and it worked just fine. It had trouble qith multiple finger on the touchscreen so I decided to root it and make it a little more personal. The rooting went smooth and flawless. I decided that I did not want to change ROM cause of the danger of getting bricked. Unfortunatly a few months later I put a new ROM on it. Cyanogenmod 10 stable version. I was kind of a newbie, and didnt know this would screw up my 3g network. So I tried a few different ROM but none worked. The problem got worse. My phone didnt recognize the internal SD card so i could not download play store.
To get to the point, I can not turn on my phone anymore. I stays at the LG logo. I can still get into recovery but when I want to install a new ROM from my external SD card it says, E: cant mount /external_SD/.
Its drivin me crazy. Ive tried using Odin and smartflashtool. But my laptop wont recognize my phone. I hear it connect and disconnect al the time when USB plugged.
Please tell me if you guys need more information.

Thanks for the tip, tried this method and it didnt work. But somehow my phone recognized the external sd card so it let me install a rom. So its all good now. I just have so fix the problem that it doesnt recognize my sim card.
But still thanks for the suggestion!:good:
If you hear disconnect/connect sound, that means drivers on pc are not installed, so you are probably getting a bad flash. I have never installed CMod, but I am pretty sure driver install for pc is the same. Check part 1, page 1 here

You can make a Ubuntu live CD and run linux... it is very easy, you will have them in a CD. You will not install them in your PC, you will run them from a CD.
I use such CDs when i want to take files from a broken Windows operation system, you just have them in your CD Case
