Hmm ... how can I help?
Try to find a different download link/mirror.
Register on mega and install the Mega app on your device.
Try to download from PC.
Maybe the internet connection is slow ... so be patient and wait for the download to be finished.
If you can specify your exact device name and model, I may check for the ROM thread on xda.
For general help, please register on xda and post in the Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.

i have tried downloading it from that site http://cdn3.xda-developers.com/images/smilies/mad.gif and went mad (tried it for 2 days) used my pc and mobile
still i wasnt able to download it

There is no relation between the firmware version you are running and CF-AUTO-ROOT version. As you can see, the only information needed to select the correct one to flash is your device model.
I suggest you to take your time and increase your knowledge by starting reading the below ((but not limited to):

So It doesn't matter what build I have? I just have to download the correct file for my device? As I can see is the kltexx based on G900FXXU1CPD3 6.0.1 right?

sir, I just downloaded twrp image file through this link https://devs-lab.com/install-cyanogenmod-13-in-galaxy-s3-i9300.html
And i downloaded official CM13 zip file. I flashed twrp image file through Flashify downloaded from play store. after flash i pressed reboot option and the screen is only showing "opening logo..... how to get out of this solution
