So i returned my phone to stock last week and ever since i cannot see the buy button in Google Play Movies, im not sure if this would be a phone issue or something to do with my google account, i buy quite a lot of movies and watch them via chromecast, it was the only reason i got a 125gb SD card for my phone, being unable to buy movies has made my SD card useless, has anyone had this problem before and know of a fix, i have a HTC One M8 on 4.4.4.
any information needed, just ask and ill try my best to provide.
Also if this is in wrong section, can it be moved, i wasn't sure where to put it since im not sure if its a phone or android problem.

How can I move all apps over. Music contact pictures I can do no problem but any ideas on apps? With out hhavein to root.
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA App
The apps should be linked to your Google account, so you can download them to your new phone once you've logged into it.
not everything will transfer over though. can you still use the phone or is the screen broken so bad that you can't see anything?
Hey,
So I bought the One Plus One and it was disappointing when it got here. The device didn't power up like a normal Android phone, it didn't ask for Gmail or anything. Swiping through the phone It didn't have Play Store, Gmail or any of the normal Google Aps. Instead it had a market that is completely in Chinese and when I try to download play store off of it it doesn't work. I think I might have been sent the Chinese version of the phone instead, and I have filled two support tickets on their sites and still have had no reply. I'm running out of time to make a return and am frustrated. I was wondering if anyone had any solutions to getting them to replace the phone, or on how to fix it?
Did you get an invite to buy the phone or did you buy it online from amazon/ebay?
He bought it via invite
Use this guide

If you bought it via invite, and if it has the Cyanogen text on the back cover, it's the international version.

My boyfriend and I both got our Fires about a week ago. Last night he literally tried rooting his phone for 8 hours and when he thought he was finished, Google services never worked, and neither did half of the apps that he opened. So now... how does he fix his phone? And can anyone give me a few pointers about the basics of rooting? Maybe a guide that they found useful, because I know almost nothing about anything like this at all, and with my boyfriend not really in the mood to help me (he's the computer junky, not me) I don't know what to do.
My biggest question: is rooting this hunk of junk Amazon phone even worth any of the trouble? Ive heard that possibly rooting the Fire is useless because there is NOTHING to do after you root it.... well what can you do with a rooted Fire phone? Anything? I've never had a unlocked/rooted cell phone and my boyfriend was really excited about it. But last night, he spent all night trying to get root it, and nothing happened. The only difference is that now he has the downgrade software update AND Google still doesn't work. I don't believe Google will ever work for this type of device and to me completely honest, I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone, unless you want a free year of prime and free Amazon music that never works. Hooray
I just want to feel like I'm not wasting all my money. I am really disappointed in this phone so far. The fake 3D was cool for like an hour and I got home and discovered the horror of not having a Google play store. I have already accepted the fact that Google apps will probably never work on this phone, so if I go through all this for nothing, at least I'll still have a phone with five useless cameras and a self dying battery. I almost regret not buying an iPhone.

Hello guys, I got a Moto G a few months ago and it's definitely a great phone for the $25 it cost me brand new. I'm not used to a phone being this slow, but honestly it does everything I need it to do for far less money than any other phone. I originally got it because I just wanted to get away from the major carries contract plans and now have cricket service for only $35/month. The only negative thing I've found is the lack of memory on the device is severely hampering my ability to install applications.
I have a 64gb sd card installed that it recognizes just fine. However, when I try to install games from the play store it won't let me because of the lack of internal storage. So, I understand what is happening and why........ What I want to know now is, is there a way to work around this issue?
I've already moved what I could onto the sd card through the settings menu. However, that didn't move a whole lot. This really sucks that there is 40gb free on my sd card and I'm unable to utilize it to install applications. When I bought the phone I didn't think this would be an issue. I thought I'd just be able to move everything over no problem.
Surely, I'm not the only person having this issue. Any help guys? Possibly an old thread that I missed on how to get around this?
Hello, im Norwegian and ive registred in my quest for some answers.
Last week I bought the S7 edge (SM-G935F), my last phone were HTC One M7 and ive had it for over 4 years. Guess you can say im loving my first Samsung Phone.
The thing is however, I have also bought an SD-Card. 200gb from Sandisk. I was hoping to put my games, photos, videoes, whatever onto there.
It really pisses me off that even after I have Transferred something over "To the SD card", the internal Storage doesent seem to change. Or maybe it does a little bit.
I deactivated many "bloatware apps" that came with my phone, such as Word, Powerpoint, Google Music, Google Films, etc etc. And that helped.
But on of the reasons why I bought this phone to begin with was to enjoy the hell outa the SD-card. Now if I install something and transfer it over to SD card, the internal storage still seem to keep some files.
What can I do guys? I want full control over my phone. I want it fast as if it was just brand new from factory reset, no stupid apps constantly have to be "Killed" by the built-in "Smart Manager".
I want a gaming phone, a fast phone, but I feel im being limited here so what can I do? hope someone can help me.
