HELP PLEASE! MY PHHONE HAS BEEN DEAD FOR 2 DAYS. ERROR MOUNTING EMMC!
My phone is stuck at bootloop and it goes to black screen and comes again. But my phone won't turn on.
problem began when i tried to increase my app storage space. I did a backup but restoring couldn't read data saying error. Then i tried to install a custom rom my phone was running on. Installation was succesful. But again as i said it was stuck at bootloop.
i google for bricked solution and tried almost everything. I even tried to flash stock rom with windows sp flash tool. Didn't work.
when i was trying everything in CMW recovery(like wipe data, cache, dalvec cache n everything individually) and i tried to mount emmc and it said
error mounting /emmc
otherwise everything worked
then i thought trying to increase app storage may have broken my partition
phone's warranty just expired 1 month ago
CAN ANYBODY FIND A SOLUTION FOR THIS?

hey guys,
today i took upon the task of rooting my first android device and installing cyanogenmod on it. i first installed fastboot and then clockwork for rooting. all went fine then i installed cyanogenmod. after the installation said it completed succesfully i restarted my tablet but now it just stays at the lenovo logo during booting. i still can get into the clockwork mod recovery menu. i already tried wiping data/cache both to no avail. i can also still boot into fastboot when i turn on the tablet and hold the vol+ button but it doesnt do anything.
i really, really hope i didnt brick on my first try, if anybody got ANY clue, i would be more than thankful
ok i fiddled around a little bit more and formatted /cache, /data and /emmc in hope of removing anything that might prevent my tab from booting. after that i got the stock recovery menu again from which i tried a factory reset. however, when the tab tries to install factory data it says it failed. luckily i have an sd card with cwm on it so i can boot into it again.
i think that somehow the files needed for a factory reset are damaged or gone. i will try flashing a new rom when i get myself a cardreader, i just used the a1 as mass storage until now.
Suddenly my GT7.7 3g+WIFI tab stopped booting. I tried to to install he rom again and previous roms but that failed. I tried using ODIN to restore to stock and that failed. Looking at the format messages under CMW it says it skipped formatting data. I tried to manually mount it but it wouldn't work. Can anyone help me? It seems that DATA is corrupted or something and it won't allow any ROMS to boot.

Click to collapse
~I managed to get ext4 recovery to restore the data file but now it just keeps boot looping.
I have a phone HTC Desire S
like a year ago I rooted it. Revolutionary method I think...
Well been playing with roms cyanogen etc
Yesterday installed Andromadus 10.1. It was great but the phone rebooted on its own and got stuck on the Cyanogen loading screen I rebooted and it happened again.
I went into recovery and now it says the E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command error :/
Can you guys help me fix this phone?
what details do you need?
I don't know if that error is about SD card or internal memory but have you tried booting without SD card? I think its probably internal memory, but maybe a dodgy SD card would cause that.
Failing that, can you not fully get into recovery to reflash the device? If the recovery partition is corrupt I think you'll need to reflash the custom recovery via adb fastboot command.
Edit: also maybe the cache partition is corrupt and needs formatting
Device: Xolo Q3000
Detail: Phone is not rooted and everything is untouched at stock rom
Problem:
Today Morning, all of a sudden all the apps stopped working and showing Unfortunately (This App) has stopped working error continuously.
All I can do is click ok button infinitely.
SO I tried to go to Stock Recovery and factory reset mobile.
It completed succesfully but after reboot, all data was still same in phone.
If I uuninstall any app, it comes back after reboot
I tried going to Factory Mode and clearing emmc
It start showing Formatting Data and then all of a sudden, the phone shuts down .
Then I tried using SP flash tool to flash it.
All process completed successfully
but after reboot, all data and apps were still there
I think My emmc is corrupt because it does not let me to clear emmc from factory mode
or
I think My emmc has became read only and after reboot goes back to previous mode.
Any help with it will be a lot appreciated.
I got this error while trying to test memory nand and emmc
Error: Nand flash was not detected
brom error: S_da_mt_dedicated patter error (3094)
Hey there!
I have a problem: My wife's WIKO rainbow 3g suddenly showed this message:
She pressed the button several times, but nothing happened.
I booted the phone into stock recovery and tried to wipe /data, but then it says "mount /data error! Force format /data". It looks like it starts to format, but after a few seconds it ends with no message at all. Tried to reboot afterwards, but now it is stuck in the "Rainbow"-bootscreen.
Tried to update the phone using the WIKO software, but the phone isn't recognized anymore.
It's still on stock recovery, as it isn't rooted yet.
Is it possible to root the phone and install a custom recovery in stock recovery mode? Or is there any other way to make the /data partition accessible again?
