Hi,
I installed [STABLE] CM12 [20150120] Xperia Z3 [ALL VARIANTS] and now I want to get back to the stock kernel and stock firmware. Can I just download the stock firmware from here and flash it over the CM12.img? Or do I have to install another kernel before? A small tutorial would be nice.
My phone is only accessible via PC. So i can change between flash mode and fastboot mode in the flashtool or fastboot cmd. The bootloader is unlocked.

Do you have a link for me where I can get download them?
I can't find a stock kernel. I would take the stock firmware from here.

Just use the advanced stock kernel from the development section. That will boot up a stock FTF and also give you root.

Hi guys, i got an xperia l rooted, with unlocked bootloader, phone. I have flashed custom kernel. I would really like to go back to the stock version of my phone (i mean i wanna flash the stock kernel with no CWM and stuff and relock bootloader and unroot). Would any of you like to help me out with this? Thanks in advance!

Just flash ftf and you're back as stock
just flash the ftf of your version, root it, then restore your TA backup, then unroot. STOCKED NOW!
Thanks for your reply. I got some questions. I have 15.3.A.1.14 but in pc companion shows that i have the older one. If i flash the ftf ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-l/general/sony-xperia-l-flashable-ftfs-locked-t2560642 ) 15.3.A.1.14 will everything be ok? And when i flash this ftf will i have stock kernel, rom and everything? Could you please tell me step by step what to do because im a little bit confused and i dont wanna do a fool mistake and destroy my device Thanks in advance.

You can flash the firmware provided that it's actually the same as the name says. Just perform a clean flash, root your device, restore TA backup and again flash. Your device will come back to the default state.

No there is not. Xperia devices do not have a stock recovery that you can access
But I can't update the stock firmware with custom recoveries.

Yes you can, use flashtool.net to flash a FTF
Or PCCompanion to update if you have not unlocked the bootloader.

I have Lolipop 5.0 in my Moto G + root + TWRP. I received the 5.0.1 OTA but of course I can't apply the update because of TWRP. I read (here) that I need to come back to stock recovery to apply the update. I'll loose root access but that's ok, I'll root again later. My question is: how do I come back to stock recovery?

to flash TWRP I download the lastest version of TWRP on their website. How can I do the same with stock recovery???
There are links here where to download stock recovery. Can't browse the forum now. But i too have downloaded the stock from a post here. Hope it helps.

can't find XT1032 Lollipop stock recovery on XDA, I guess I'll have to open a new thread to ask... I flashed 4.4.4 stock recovery (through MotoTool AIO software) but I haven't been able to flash 5.0.1 update then. So I think 5.0 stock recovery is required to update to 5.0.1.

I guess you're using custom rom so restore to STOCK ROM .
Follow this guide (at the end dont flash any custom recovery) Stock recovery XT1032
Automatically you'll get stock recovery

no, I'm using stock ROM, with TWRP + root, that's it. So I just need to stock recovery to apply OTA update.
But thanks for the link, I understand how to use it to come back to stock recovery. Except... that this guide is for XT1033. Do you think I can use recovery.img XT1033 image file to flash my XT1032?

No You don't.
Just download the ftf and then flash using flashtool.
