Did you try installing busybox and sqlite via sqlite installer from the play store, then running the unlock and rebooting? I have never used galaxy tools but I know my app works on 4.4.4 after manually installing busybox and sqlite.

I believe hipstreet tablets come prerooted already, should only have to install SU. What version of android does the other one run?
The tablet I am using right now is 4.2.2
Attached is a screenshot of the settings tab, showing model #, etc....

Yeah the V1.3 should fix it for you but if i were you i would unroot, update and then reroot or you can just update with the stock root NE5 ROM just because for the Sprint GS5 updates are to increase stability mostly then performance.

[Q] Gravity Box & Xposed

Now that i am rooted with kitkat on 19.6.3 i am wondering if i can use gravity box and xposed without having an unlocked bootloader. I have seen people use it but i just want to make sure. It says that when you flash it, it can mess up your phone so if somebody could tell me if they use it and might can and the link it would be very appreciated. I just dont want to brick my phone.
Both are working fine for me.

Do you have unlocked boot loader or anything special? Are you rooted with w/p off and on 19.6.3

Nope, did the jcase root and made permanent with wpnomo. Flashed super su with safestrap. Took OTA to 19.6.3. Then installed Xposed as normal. I have a locked bootloader (unfortunately) and did nothing else.

Okay I was just trying to find somebody that has done it because when you go to install xposed framework it says it could mess up your device but clearly it didn't mess up yours at all?

Can you give me the steps and the links to download and install everything?

Sorry you have to be rooted
Question, I am able to install the stock s-browser from my note 4 on my wife's S5, but when opening it, it says not enough memory and closes. Btw, it's not rooted and I was able to side load it. Is there a way to make it work?
Downloaded and installed with safestrap but the app doesn't show up anywhere.
Thanks. Works Great!
A BIG thanks to jrkruse for posting this. There are just some sites that load / render better in this stock browser compared to Chrome. It's nice to have a choice again. FYI.... I'm on NI2, stock, rooted, with Safestrap. It installed and runs without a hitch. Thanks again.
Does this work on 5.0?

[Q] root without pc

I tried many ways to make root without pc because my pc wasn't working please help i am using note 2
Try baidu root. Or Framaroot. Or Rootmaster. Or search for more rooting applications applicable for your device. Basically those are the easiest way yet of rooting most of android devices.
