Hi users. This is my first ever post on XDA forums for help as previously tgis site had always helped me on positive solutions. And would very much like to thank all for this.
I am in desperate help to flash a UAE official firmware to SM-N9005 32GB from Hong Kong FW.
I had previously experienced a null imei and baseband in doing so on someone else's Note 3. I had later realised the forums tht hong kong fw are of a different structure to play around with. I am now currently having a note 3 sm-n9005 with the same firmware and spent 3days looking for answers to get around it.
It would be of great help if any user knows a way to flash anofficial UAE FIRMWARE (N9005XXUGNJ2_N9005OJVGNH2_XSI) from the current Hong Kong ( N9005ZHUENH4).
Every help and advice will be highly appreciated and thanked.

Just wanted to reconfirm, if I flash with the roms u suggested, will I than be able to later flash any region firmware? Not really worried abt tripping the knox.

My note model is a Sm-n910h UNLOCKED by that it means it accepts any software despite the country correct ? however what i noticed was that i m stuck on 4.4.4 without an option to update I checked on sammobile and an update was available however There is one thing concearning me and that is that the update has different PDA Values and CSS . I have a tab at & t 3 sm- T217A kitkat update to 4.4.2 , the tablet empeso to present failures and intenter return to 4.2.2 and Flashar failure and stay in kies mode tab
good without much back and found that the tab 3 can not Flashar to JB 4.2.2 by KNOX and to finish off not find the firmware 4.4.2 kitkat on any side he seems to the retired or kies SamMobile nor has it.
please if anyone can help me agradesere it beforehand . I said that with an Compia complete another tablet of the same vercion I can revive.
I, thank you for using XDA Assist. If I understand your question you have a Tab 3 that is running Android 4.4.2 and you want to flash is back to Android 4.2.2? Many Samsung AT&T devices will not let you go backwards in firmware. I have a note 3 baseband version n9005xxudmj7. This model has something to do with United Arab Emirates. It is stuck on android 4.3. It has not been updated with kitkat and neither received the lollipop update. I just wanted to know if I'll ever receive any update or am I stuck with 4.3 forever. Just wanted to know if anyone has received any further update on the same version of note 3? Is there any way to update it???

Im having a hard time finding a ROM for my samsung galaxy s3 gt-i9300 in the Philippines. I have tried changing the CSC(ph csc) but still the phone can't read my simcard,nothing at all. So I downgrade my rom. I am currently using androin version 4.0.4 "Icecream" because this is the only rom I found that works on my country (PH) from this site. By the way im using Odin to upgrade and also using a Globe Carrier.
Please help me find a good working rom (os) and network for my phone in my country:fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:

This is my first post and am completely new to smart phones, and have got out of my depth. I bought a new Samsung S2 i9100 from China about 6 months ago. The GPS stopped working (something I discover from another thread here, is not uncommon), and I tried to update the firmware using Odin.
This failed and the phone is now soft bricked as I understand it, as I learnt from another thread here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2/help/how-to-replace-chinese-firmware-t1192575 ) that Chinese Samsung phones cannot be flashed with European firmware.
I have looked on samsung.com and Sammobile and the original firmware is not listed anywhere (I9100ZCKG4). I have tried installing, using Odin, CWM Recovery and the stock firmware listed on samsung.com for China, but both fail.
I have read the thread on this site on this issue and following suggestions from here this takes via Chinese sites http://bbs.gfan.com/android-2099143-1-1.html and then I eventually end up at http://bbs.gfan.com/android-4920184-1-1.html where I think there is a link to the firmware I9100ZCKG4. The link takes me to http://115.com/5lb/ and neither myself of Google translate are unable to make any sense of this page, and I cannot get any further.
The other problem is that I think I enabled USB debugging before starting ,but now cannot be sure.
Maybe I have learnt and expensive lesson, but any help would be most welcome, especially if expressed in terms a beginner is likely to understand.
