Why are you trying to open the zip? Are you checking that the md5 is correct after downloading the file?
How can I check the md5?
Sry first time I have issue like that
Enable MD5 verification is unchecked if that what you mean.

Use an md5 checking app like Android File Verifier from the Play Store to check the md5 which is listed on the download page. You should be doing this with anything you flash to your device.

Your choice of browser shouldn't matter.
It's pretty simple. Go to the CM download page, each file has a unique md5, copy it (the md5 for the file you've downloaded) to your clipboard, then open up AFV, paste it into the "input checksum for comparison" box, then hit the "select file" button, navigate to the file on your phone, long press it, select generate md5, this will tell you if they match or not.

The download is becoming corrupted during the download, so you might need to consider changing the browser that you use to download the file.

sure Will upload it to Mega once ready.
Why so complicated? Just download the latest builds from CM HERE
Edit: Its just CM12 to download officially.
CM 11 build KLTE
instead of the orange "Download" button press the blue "Download now" button
It works... but only after multiple clicks. Damn. Does anyone know which file hosts are good for roms and kernels?
I think androidfilehost.com is good for roms and other mods. It gives easy download link. Just select server and download started.
Next time you can try go to settings >content>unallow third party cookies
Can someone download and upload http://d-h.st/HsMC ?
Because unregistered user without premium surely has zero option to download proper file but gets thousand options to download malware there.
address=/d-h.st/0.0.0.0
That site needs to die.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. It has malware. Malwarebytes keeps blocking tons of popups from the website. All the links from this site that direct it dev host need to be pulled off and the files need to come from somewhere else

@AndroidFire is it possible to make an Odin flashable out of a flashable .zip?? I ask because it'd be great to be able to flash custom ROMs in Odin, would make my life so much easier since the S6 doesn't have an SD Card slot!

NOTE: at this point, the file is NOT flashable unlike the Verizon one. We need an experience expert to help us out. Don't waste your time downloading it.

It's not a bad upload. I had to download it using internet download manager, for some reason when downloading it through the browser the download fails.
The original file is the BIN file. I just renamed it. Let me put the file in 7zip and upload it so it's unchanged.

In Total Commander, it shows the contents of the zip are fine... the .bin, the .mbn.. and metafiles....

so now that i have the bin file. I think im supposed to put it in a specific directory but I cant remember where that would be. Any clues ?

I have a question how are you able to download that on a pc if Samsung
will only allow connections from a specific user agent header string.
I have a packet dump of the download and I have verification from the server and the correct file size in bytes and the MD5 Hash sum. They also match yours so I can verify you and I both have the full correct file from the OTA server
What you need to do is pause the download, start package capture, resume the download.
From the PCAP, merge the Host part with the GET part. My download link is still working after 3 hours. I use Chrome to download
My link looks like this:
Code:
http://fota-secure-dn.ospserver.net/firmware/TMB/SM-G935T/nspx/360ad212968a4bf88775210654d8be20.bin?px-time=XXXXXX&px-hash=XXXXXXXXX&px-wid=XXXXXX-XXXXXX&px-wctime=2016-1
is this the ota.zip file?

Thank you very much. I used packet capture on mine. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.greyshirts.sslcapture&hl=en
Is that the same one you used?
here is my idea on how to repair / correct the header of the zip so it may be flashable via recovery. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=69874795&postcount=1002
If not then I think it can only be flashed with the fota.apk I think it does something to the zip before it flashes it.
I also did some poking around in the zip file and notice the update script is checking for the exact 6.0.1 build and flashing everything as a DIF, not as a regular update would.
I've downloaded the BIN file provided in the forum, now what should I do to install the update?!
if it helps any ive downloaded this zip file and when trying to copy it to SD Card i get a unexpected error that device may have been uplugged but any other file i try to copy works without issue, theres definetly some sort of security, ive also redownloaded file 3 times to see if it was a download issue which i now know its not
Edit: downloaded straight to sd card into FOTA folder for the hell of it tried to flash it and get 2 errors, 1. footer is wrong and 2. signature verification failed
Root_N975F_Android10_Beta1/2
As name suggest, this is patch file to root N975F on Android 10 Beta1
This is temporary thread as we don't have AP file to patch with Magisk by normal users. Once official Android 10 available, thread will be trashed.
Instructions :
- First update to Android 10 beta
- Unlock bootloader
- Download : N975F_Q_B1_Root.zip and extract to get N975F_Q_B1_Root_DrKetan.tar.md5 file (For Beta 1)
- Download : DrKetan_N975F_Q_B2_SK8_Root_extract_this_first.zip and extract to get DrKetan_N975F_Q_B2_SK8_Root.tar.md5 file (For Beta 2 SK8 or Beta3)
- Download : DrKetan_N975F_root_Q_B4_SL4_extract_first_this.zipand extract to get DrKetan_N975F_Root_Q_B4_SL4.tar.md5 file (For Beta 4)
- Reboot to download mode
- Flash above downloaded N975F_Q_B1_Root_DrKetan.tar.md5 from AP tab of Odin
- Reboot to Recovery and wipe data
- Download and Install Magisk Manager manually.
- Done!
Thanks and credit to @topjohnwu for Magisk

I believe so.
This is a boot splash screen to replace the annoying warning screen. I thought it highly appropriate for these substandard phones and is sufficiently different from the previous and after screens to see that boot is progressing.
The param.tar file is built from Stock OneUI v3.1 files. Flash in Odin
