I want to disable LG MLT on my non-rooted tablet, but since it can't dial USSD/MMI codes I need to either know how I can either force it to use the code, or otherwise disable this vendor made rootkit .... Any suggestions?

I have a Kyocera Hydro & omeone I know got hold of it (hacker) & thru firefox has virtually complete controll of my phone. He has changed things in it I can't change back such as settings & blocked me from getting on the internet, redirect virus etc. How do I get him out of my phone???

Good day to everyone.
I need technical help to fix a weird issue with the camera of my phone, so can anyone please let me know where to post my request?
BTW, just for general info, the issue is that after trying an app that can scan barcodes, I get a black screen first, then a green one when trying to use the camera, but no more the image.
