actually there has too be lot of **** to done to make it boot and maybe smothings won't work for us and OpenGL ES 3 will might be a problem ..coz of our old Adreno 200 GPU

1: 4.3 boots. bugs: bluetooth, camera(found) and many others(unfound)
2: it works without ION. check sak's device tree found here: https://github.com/sakindia123/cm10.2_htc_pico
p.s. this is from what I read from facebook.
p.s. can't test myself. i broke digitizer of pico

CyanogenMod Team already released CM10.2 (aka Android 4.3). And sakindia123 released an experimental build for pico.
Is is very unstable and a lot of work is needed to use it on our phones.:good:

The stock camera is the best in every aspect(personal opinion)

When i pull down and i press right button the button move right .. Sorry my english is no verry god how resolve this problem ?

How do i change kernel CPU governors? Im running nebula kernel and tried mosh for a bit. I tried managing them with performance control. Bit the app seems not to recognize root permissions and busybox
