Hi,
I succesfully root my cubot p7. I've only a strange issue. the root user has no access to sdcard.
I explain better:
If for example i open a terminal and move to /mnt/sdcard i can read and write the file into it. If i type SU and switch to root user i see the folder empty.
Neither root explorer or root browser can access sd card.
has someone solved this problem?

I have installed google play on my ubislate 7CZ recently. however goole play crash as i am trying to install any app through it. To make google play run perfectly, I have to root my device so how i can install com.vending into system folder. And to do that, i need to root my tablet. I have tried some apps to root like framaroot, towelroot etc. but i am getting these error every time
FAMRAROOT:: error9
TOWELROOT:: your phone is not currently supported (after tapping 3 times on towelroot,nothing happens)
want to know that how can i do it in other ways WITHOUT PC

I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device, with or without a computer to Root.
You can try one of the generic root methods at the top of the list here,

You can indeed. But gapps is flashed in a custom recovery, like CWM and twrp. Again, I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device, so you'll need to ask for further help in the section I linked above.
Hello to all, i have a big problem , my tablet M-MP1S2A3G Got a virus, at start that auto install app, now after reset its open popup
i founded the application that do the problem but that cant be removed
after uninstall and reboot they comeback
then tried to root , after root i founded them in data/app/, but cant be deleted.... i already tried root explorer and many more app... the other apk there can be removed... but that two says always permis denied. i tried everything from shell and from other file app, nothing can seem capable to remove that two file
ps: i cant install a recovery or a rom because the processor arm7 4core mt8382 had not a custom recovery ready.
Please help me... im out of luck...

I got a so called "Lenovo K3" that turned out to be a clone... trying to get rid of some annoying Chinese apps, I used Uninstaller app. I accidentally froze a system app and found out I cannot unfreeze it without purchasing the PRO ver. The thing is ever since that I cannot install any new apps (I get ERROR 110) or even copy it to the system folder....
Another stupid thing I did was to restore it to "Factory Settings" chnging nothing of thr problem but loosing all of my already installed apps!!!!
I did that after trying to follow a procedure by someone who apparently had same situation, he resolved it by rebooting to recovery using ADB and then copying the "DefaultContainerService.apk" to the System/app folder
I manged to use ADB but once the phone booted to recovery mode I lost connection (USB) and nothing I did helped.
SO-
I have a Chinese phone not sure if the CPU is MTK 6589 or 6582 , 512MB , 960*540 ( I remember the details from when I had an info app)
I cannot install anything (Error 110)
I cannot connect using ADB while in recovery mode
I cannot copy to System folder (Permissions)
I have no idea which ROM I can use to flash it and I was not able to connect to it when it is OFF (Only when running)
I have no apps on it execpt some basic apps
I think it is still rooted if Factory reset did not change that

My android zte N9810 is no longer usable after rooting. Can't access my files, my settings, play store, and can't connect to pc. Keep getting the error message "Unfortunately, the processandroid.process.media has stopped. Tried to hard root but it did not fix the problem. I cant access any of my root files because I can't access file explorer. The problem started when I tried to move internal files to external sd. Thanks

I have Penta T-Pad WS704X 3G calling tablet. It runs on lollipop 5.1.1
The issue is regarding it rooted or not. I haven't root it yet, so I think its rooted by manufacturers. The problem I'm facing is that I have installed ccleaner on it and in system info it says that my tab is rooted, but when check the root by using root cheker app it says my device is not properly rooted.
By checking on terminal I get $ sign, and when typing SU I get permission denied.
And in ES file explorer I can't ON the root explorer which it says "test fails, this function can't performed on this device"
Is my device is rooted or not?
It also have su file in system/xbin and sh and busybox in system/bin by default.
I haven't try any rooting procedure yet.
So question is whether my device is rooted or not by the manufacturers?
