As you can see here: [Q] Prestigio MultiPhone 5508 DUO ... there is not much about your device on xda unfortunately.
So can always ask your question in the Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum, or in the thread above.

I would first ask the store fro which you bought the device, then the manufacturer.
But if it's a hrad-brick, you can't do much on yourself. Usually you will have to give it to a service center for repair/replacement.

i know what to do sir. just flash it on spft. there is a thread on 4pda for this device, but the thing is, I got problem on registering there. can you help me sir? ill give you my email and username .

Unfortunately there is nothing about your device on xda.
But you can check this thread about a similar device: Everything about SPICE MI-535 and HIKE 818.

I require help...I had installed a custom rom but now i want to revert back to my earlier rom but when i do so using CWM .....it reverts perfectly fine......The issue is the earlier roms Boot page with its developer name still stays and its kind of annoying to me.....plz help me i want to get rid of the name plate that displays during the start of boot....plz help:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

I m knowing that....I was asking if u know any technique to remove the name page that appear before bootanimation....it came from a custom rom but it still stays even after i have reverted back
