I have found one bug that my WiFi is always showing "!" symbol even I am connected internet in WiFi and internet is working in mobile but it is always showing. Even I have restarted my mobile but its showing the same. Few more issue I'm facing but I cant able to reproduce . Previously I was using Brazilian 5.0.2 Lollipop but I didn't found any issue. Please help

This has been discussed about a 100 times already, please do search on the ota threads before creating more threads.
This is not a bug, its an indication to show that u could probably face wifi issues. To solve this problem go to ur router settings and choose any channels btw 1 - 11.

And i'm not sure why cuz i haven't tried the brazil rom myself.
I am using brazilian lollipop and I have seen "!" sign on wifi, and mobile network(s). This is not a bug, It indicates some sort of warning. But, I am not sure exactly what it says, but definitely this is not a bug..

Well This symbol shows that you are connected to network but not connected to internet. But even after internet is running and this symbol comes this means this is a bug.

I opened the box. Turned my device on. Completed the setup. As soon as i was done, i got the 4.4.2 update. I heard its Got alot of Problems like SIM card not detecting. Weak WiFi Signals and also weak Network Connection.
Is this True?

Hey buddy ,Didnt you get kitkat out of box because latest shipping of moto g comes with kitkat. Placed my order today wishing to get kitkat out of box. and problems u told is fixed in kitkat i guess

I am using motg g XT1033 dual sim (India). I am facing issues like
1) network disconnection . Automatically disables sim card.
2) sudden battery drop from 100% to 0 %.
If I update my rom to GOOGLE PLAY EDITION, will it solve my problem.
Plz someone using google play edition moto g confirm this, if they are facing such problem with their cellphone.
the update in India is very soon, instead of flashing GPE I would prefer to flash rom from another reason.
Can someone also plz confirm if these problems are solved via update in their specific reason or built ?

How about you try it out yourself and see? Because, many don't even have aforementioned issues.
hmm... just try it out by your own switching to gpe and see what happens. maybe its just a software issu that happened while updating to Kitkat or some parts of your hardware should be affected by some defects.

Motorola have already reported they are aware of this battery drop issue and they will release a software update asap. All Moto G models are affected. A custom Rom / GPe Rom will not stop it happening,

I'm deeply frustrated with this issue. I have a LG G PRO 2(LGD838) bought in HongKong a couple of weeks ago.
I recently upgraded, manually, to version 5.0.1 from KK and ever since, the internet connectivity has major issues.
Internet works often, even when it does, it works SO slow!
I flashed back to stock KK - v4.4.2 by using this .kdz file - D83810D_00.kdz
but problem remains!
PLEASE HELP ME!!

Mobile data only, WiFi works well.
It has to be something with the phones modem or something. Question is, how can I recover the original's phones modem?

You may ask someone who has the same phone model and still stay at stock KK rom to backup modem and give it to you.
Have you tried to insert your sim into another device to confirm it's not the mobile network issue?

You will need to download the correct mobile network settings from your service provider. In my country, these can be sent by text/service message and can be automatically installed. If I were you, I would have a word with your service provider about this.

I doubt it its the issue here as I configured 3G mobile settings through my service provider web site plus It's not the 1st time I do it.
1 more thing, I just remembered that prior upgrading to Lollipop, I generated a full phone report - and what I found written there is quite interesting - The same baseband version, Android version, Build number and software version I have now, I also had then. Thus, it might not be a modem issue.
Any other thoughts guys??

There has never been KitKat for the S6.

In lollipop apps that use data hangs with mobile active radio it doesn't recognise to cut the connection even when left the app resulting in huge drains. Check this thread https://code.google.com/p/android/i...ry Stars&groupby=&sort=&id=165558#makechanges
If you are willing to downgrade why not load a custom rom that has that bug fixed?
There is no custom ROM around that fixes it. Its engrained into lollipop.

i am having a problem with the wifi on my NXT-AL10 . i noticed that the wlan keep going on and off...
so basically, as soon as it connects to a network WLAN turns itself off and on again, finds the network and does it again in loops
has anyone having the same problem? any fix available?

State what ROM are you using, are you rooted or not? I, personally never had a problem with WiFi.

i only been using the mate 8 since the 21th march. yes it was working fine . i noticed the issues a few days ago.
i did a factory reset and a wipe cashe partition today and the problem is still here . .. i need help as i cant use the phone without wifi
