Try going back to stock and see if that works. Once you confirm that works, then try to troubleshoot mokee

Hey everyone, I've tried all day to get a network signal but nothing!
Unlocked and s-off. I've tried all the roms i could find (about 4different ones) and even flashed the HTL21rawCH s4 rom, unionradio zip and then used the chinese unlock apk as ricky886 said and none work. The apk says my phone is sim free but i get no signal. I have fnoj1's sense5 gsm port installed now. It offers gsm/wcdma/lte option but the phone doesnt see my sim!
any suggestions?

Solution Camera FC
Hey guys,
Had the same error. I also posted a topic for this but I figured it out on my own. The problem is the faux kernel, not the stock rom. When applying the settings in the app for kernel settings "Faux123 Kernel Enhancement Project", DON'T select Intellithermal, like it's posted with the recommended settings but select Thermald (stock). Reboot and your problem should be solved. Please share this post so people won't face this problem anymore. No thanks!
Sorry, but I didn't mess with kernels at all.
I didn't unlock bootloader also. I'm with pure stock rom on untouched device.

Same problemhere with The xt1032 brazilian GSM version!
This error shown up after i got the last updates from The gplay for the stock apps
I reported this on motorola forums also. You can do it too Camera locking up

Often this happens when another app is using the camera for something and fails to fully release it. If you have a flashlight app installed, that's the first one I'd look at.
Other problem apps are MessageMe and an older version of Google Goggles.
Second, try to Power cycle the device. This will clear out any resource locks on the camera hardware or reset the state of the camera.
Third, clear camera app by going to SETTINGS > APPS > tab to ALL > find CAMERA > FORCE CLOSE.
Please let us know if your problem persists.

Well, I have a Spice(MI 422) smartphone. I flashed the stock ROM downloaded from this XDA site. But after flashing the ROM the device is showing no service.
At first it had null IMEI, i.e. invalid IMEI. Though that problem has been solved, instead its showing no service.
There is no CDS info option in engineer mode. When I try to search for networks its showing "an error has occurred". When I try to open network setting in engineer mode it 'unfortunately stopped working'. One more thing is, I do open engineer mode via Mobiuncle app, no online available code is working to open engineer mode, yet that's not the main problem.
Please help me to get back networks.
As people warned, my phone has turned into a costly paper weight now. Plz plz help me....

I installed the CM11 rom and evrything works fine except this simtoolkit.apk . I tried to check my load balance it sends me a text message saying "invalid request format" . Please help me fix this problem.
I am using Smart simcard from Philippines .
