Best is subjective in terms off apps. It depends what and how would you like to backup. It is best to figure it out by yourself.
In case that you want to start another useless thread: Titanium backup pro.

Did yo take a NAND Backup of your Stock ROM before flashing?

You can go search "backup before rooting" in the upper right corner of Xda, i think you can get quite a lot of solutions there, such as this thread

stupid question indeed, if you spend some time searching on the net, you would know that this device is shipped from begining with android 5.0. and here on xda is allready a thread with stock nandroid backups for our device.

[Completed] What should I do after rooting?

Hello guys!
I've rooted my device now. But, what should i do now? I kinda nooby with those things i can do now.
I wanted to install Android 6 and cyanogenmod. I have Android 5 now.
I also wanted to delete all "bloatware". I also wanted, that eg. facebook has no task premanently, because this takes much ram.
Someone explain me?
