yesterday i update my s3 mini to 4.4.2 kikat and since then i cant recive/make calls or text messages
please help me

So it can have different reasons. A generic IMEI, corrupt EFS data, wrong modem/baseband, etc.

I have a samsund S3 GT 19300,the screen just froze today unable to coolect any call neither do anything else because the touch is frozen.I have contacted Vodafone if Fiji but I'm not satisfied with their answer.Can someone who has expertise on this android help me out rtesolve this problem please
