Hi guys, a bunch of us came together during the holidays and decided to code our first mobile game. It's called Percept - Visual Memory. Basically it shows you a photograph for 3 seconds and then asks you a questions with 4 possible answers. We currently have about 400 photos and add more daily but would like some feedback first regarding game play, ideas and just suggestions from the community. Please go check it out on the store, it's called "Percept - Visual Memory"
Thanks a lot!

Hi everyone,
just wanted to show you guys a new app I've been working on for quite some time.
When I started the project I was working on a real-time-strategy-game for android, but creating all the assets took me so much time, that I soon began looking out for good spriting- / pixel-art- / painting- program for my mobile device in order to be able to work on my sprites when on the train or somewhere not in front of my home-computer.
As I was pretty much disappointed with what the market had to offer (no offense against the creator of pixelesque: that app simply didn't exist at that time), I started work on an own program.
It took me a very long time to actually get the app halfway done (because I have been very busy with university and other stuff) but a few days ago I finally released a first version of it and since I am working very hard on improving the app wherever possible.
Youtube announcement video: youtube.com/watch?v=gbw-I6Z-1w0
The app on google play: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.subgate.spritestudio
If you guys like spriting/pixel-art please check out the app, I'd love to hear your feedback/wishes/suggestions.
Thanks in advance.
Features I'm already working on:
- Color palettes
- Mirror-Painting-Mode
- Layer
- Onionskin for animations
- Spritemap autopacking
Nice App / UI could be better...
Hello isam2k,
first of all i would like to let you know that i really think this app is great and you have several fantastic ideas in there. Nice work :good:
From a UI standpoint i think you could improve the overall experience.
For example the Create New Picture pop up dialog. Wouldn't it be nice if you'd offer 3 Icons for (32x32 / 64x54 / Custom)
Users could instantly choose one size and it would take away from making to much decisions out of the box.
I have tons of ideas for you wonderful app. If you like you can pm me.
cheers
David

Thanks a lot for your feedback. If you don't mind, just post your ideas right here, maybe others will have good ideas as well and so they can immediately see what already has been suggested.
Offering pre-set sizes as well is actually a good idea, definitively a feature I am going to add (maybe not with buttons but with a spinner offering some presets).
Ok just had a force-close-report from a user. If you guys try out the app and a FC happens, please do not forget to send the report, this helps so much.
If, for some reason, you are unable to send me the report, then please post me the following information here:
[Device][ROM],
[ErrorMsg],
[Random error/Error in response to interaction]
[If interaction -> Describe last interaction]
[If random -> Describe app state (open dialogs, etc)
Thanks in advance.
Sam
Ok was really busy but I finally uploaded Sprite Studio 0.2.1b. This update basically introduces palettes and also comes along with some bugfixes.
If run into problems when using the palette editor, consider watching my tutorial video first:

Greetings all,
Today I released my first app on Google Play Store, and would like to know your opinions especially because I have tested it on only three devices - HTC Desire and One V, and Samsung Galaxy Fit. The game was written as my first app for android a long time ago, with A LOT of documentation online, and I decided tu publish it as a small test for upcoming apps and games.
It's free of ads, and has the sole purpose of learning, so if you install and want to be of assistance, I will be very grateful. Contact me here, or on the developer e-mail (if you do so, please say you are from xda): [email protected]
Be sincere, I know it is a very simple app and the next one that I am working on right now will be far better, but please use an appropriate language.
If you reply here include:

Hi everyone!
We launched our first android application about week ago. It's Dropozoid game (analogue of existing game for another mobile platform). Nothing special, but helps to spend time well.
I just wonder how popular is such kind of games now and how much sales can we expect without a big ad-investments. And how often does it make sense to make updates? Maybe it would be better to distribute first one for free?
I"ll be appreciate for any suggestions or comments. Thanks!
Hi all!
We're planning updates on next week. It will include:
- separated control of sounds and music
- motion improvements
- attempt to improve images quality for some display types
- post to top-score and connection error handling improvements
I hope these all make Dropozoid little better. Everyone is welcome to get pre-release to try (if you already installed the game, it will be free) - just send request to google+community "dropozoid".

Hello everyone, it's been a while since my last post here. But today I'm presenting to you my last app, Rand-O-Pizza.
Rand-O-Pizza allows you to choose a pizza flavour from a big database in a very funny way, of course there's the possibility to filter the random pizzas by their ingredients (include or exclude). There is also a history function to keep track of the already eaten pizzas so they won't come out again if you check the option.
Here's the link
A lot of functions and ideas are still in my head so keep the app up to date!
Rand-O-Pizza is now Live!
up!
Hello!
I have a small hobby - developing apps for kids. First I made a single application for her daughter, and then decided to publish it on Google Play.
It did not bring me any money, but I liked to do the application.
And a few days ago I posted a new ->
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appybuilder.fanat68rus.Coloring_Fingers
Please vote who is not complicated and recommend something to add. I plan to increase the number of pictures to color and make a button to share.
