No need decompiling it, just replace your phone's boot.img and that should be OK...

I don't think there is a stock or custom ROM for your device.
Just check the internet for other iBall devices and compare them with your device.
If there are models having the same chipset as yours, find the device most similar to yours.
Then download the ROM for that device from here: Download iBall Stock ROM for almost all models
or here: ROMS | iBall and flash it.
Note: If you have a good condition phone and if you're doing this for testing, never attempt this.
This is only for bricked phones.
