Hi all, I'm having an issue with the xda free app where it won't let me up load any images as attachments to my posts.
If I click the camera button at the bottom right of the screen and select "Gallery" it gives me the option of selecting an image, but once I've selected one all I get is a preview of the image with a cancel button.
Any idea what the problem is?

Hi guys .
I am suffering from this issue since i installed KPQ , earlier my browser used to display thumnail view of any video But now it is showing some irritating symbols instead..can anyone please help me why this is happening..any feasible tips is welcome
Note: i have latest adobe flash installed in my phone..below is the screenshot for the same.video's thumnail is not appearing. After clicking over this icon video start runing...

This is not a problem. Open browser and press menu button > more > settings > enable plugins > always on.

This feature is to keep flash deactivated until it is really needed. I experienced that some flash elements need a little bit too much memory/cpu-power, so that keeping them deactivated until manually started they won't slow down your phone, especially when you are multitasking.
i have some trouble when i use the official XDA developers app
1.the top and bottom of screen was almost always occupied when i read the topic,especially the bottom,i dont know why there is a blank that seems nothing could do-_-#even ADs i didnt see(personally,i wish never ADs on that).
2.i saw many links on the BBS,but when i click it in app,always asked me to use browser to open it,why dont insert a simple browser in XDA app?
3. for a quick movement,why not set a controller on the right when slide,just like the file system on android.

1: Automatic brightness doesn't work.
2: Unable to connect to 802.1x WiFi
3: Cannot wipe dalvik cache
Suggestion: Add global emoji support and add them to the smilies in the messaging app. It would be neat to at least be able to see them in text messages, on Instagram etc.
Love the ROM otherwise.

Is there any way to remove the permanent notifications that show up in your notification bar when using AcDisplay ?-
*AcDisplay - active mode (Touch to launch settings)
AcDisplay - lockscreen (Touch to launch its settings)*
I went through the settings and I didn't find anything.

from my own understanding, you can't, just like you can't turn off the permanent ones in the normal notification area.

I don't use this app, but have you tried to contact the dev via play Store=> Dev AcDisplay

I just upgraded from Note 2 to Note 4. I don't have the ability to create posts. What am I missing
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. To create a new thread, in the lower right hand corner do you have three dots stacked vertically? Press on that. To reply, you should just have to tap on the top of the post you want to reply to.
So I see reply function and three dots when I long press a thread. Still no option to add a new thread.
