Hi Guys,
I have a Lenovo A269i that's giving a "CANNOT CONNECT TO CAMERA" Error. I recently flashed a new ROM A269i_S016_130927 which has Bluetooth but no Camera. I then flashed the phone again with A269_U_MPV1_A23_131016 which in turn has Camera but no Bluetooth
My question is, what can I do to get rid of the camera problem BUT maintaining the Bluetooth as well i.e having a phone that fully functions with a functional camera and Bluetooth?
I have done the Settings>apps>all>camera> clear cache and data but all was in vain it did not solve the problem.
I have also done the copy and paste camera.apk from system/app and reboot but still it did not work.
I tried to install an app store app Google camera and camera 360 but still did not work.

as reading your posts i make sure that you what rooting is and you already flashed a ROM. Well ask in your device specific thread.

At first hello to all.
I bought this phone and I have some problems with it. First of all, I cant change default notification sound (Pizzicato), and when i change other sound from the list, after rechecking, "Pizzicato" is still default sound
Second, sometimes i cant send files via Bluetooth (in the meantime i can recive files from other phone).
Third, how can I rooting this phone.

Hi everyone, i'm having troubles hearing music from a bluetooth sound system that i received today.
the only thing that i can think is that recently i've installed a mod that would erase useless apps and stuff like that from my phone.
Could it be that this mod had erased some bluetooth files, that normally would let me link to my bluetooth soundsystem and start playing?
Also i tried to connect and reproduce from a friend's phone, and it worked... this is why i think the mod erase something that wasn't that useless.
If this were the problem could you please send me an apk or something to fix this??

What's your setup? Are you rooted? Are you running a custom ROM? If so, which one? Are you stock? Do you have another bluetooth device to test with?
I am running Eclipse Razr Hd rom v1.3 and i am can't even transfer files through bluetooth even though it is supposed to work fine as it is based on 4.1.2. Anybody here facing any bluetooth issue? I tried wiping and flashing again but to no avail. Any help will be appreciated.

Firstly, go to/press recent apps button on the on screen button > close the camera app, and then Try to go to settings > apps > swipe right until you find the all apps tab > scroll down until you found the camera app > go to it > press force stop > scroll down, press clear cache > clear data too > restart your phone > open your camera app

Try reset your phone, perform a repair software (reflash it), or try other camera app.

Try to flash stock ftf via flashtool that will fix most issues .
If don't know how just told me.

Sorry to be late, next time qoute the replay to receive a notifaction , anyway.
Go HERE , it's a full tutorial for using flashtool ,So you can go directly to the part of flashing stock ROM or ftf.
I have the same problem it's not ROM problem you have broken camera and in my case i send phone to Sony Centre and they fix it

I have flashed CM13 camera was not working, then reverted to stock 4.2.2 with flashtool and still not working, can anybody suggest a solution? Even Camera 360 not working.
The message from stock camera is "Camera not Available".

CM11 >> Camera working
CM13 >> Camera not working
4.2.2 Stock >> Camera not working
I did format /system /cache /data
factory reset
installed CWM, TWRP and CM recovery all same issue.
Only working was CM11 (but usage was too laggy etc.)
What I have to do? some method to make a total wipe...
Phone never dropped, has been always kept in a closed and used only for testing or backup. And again before CM13 camera was making perfect photos.

This's really strange I never faced that before
but try those methods I think those will show us if it was hardware or software issue:
1_try to change the ftf file you're flashing
2_try this mod here in stock rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-l/themes-apps/mod-camera-cyber-shot-superior-auto-t2501740
3_if didn't work in the two previous methods try to reflash the new CM13 builds and Cm11 builds
if didn't work that means it's hardware issue

Camera on my One Plus is not working from today. When i open the app it either force closes or says cannot connect to camera. So, I restarted the mobile, no change. Reset, no change. Instead, camera app is now missing, but shows in apps inside setting. Tried different custom roms but camera app is missing. Installed different camera apps but non worked.
I havent dropped my mobile or done anything physical to mobile.
Flashlight is also not working...
Please suggest me if any solutions... thanks

If you have bootloader unclocked and custom recovery like twrp in place, then the option with you is to reflash the "fasboot images" of the desired CM version(11S or 12) and then you can revert to the Custom ROM you want and flash full package of GApps version.
thanks for the help. but i figure out the problem.. the camera was not attached properly and i attached it and all is fine now.

i just watched the tutorial of disassembly in youtube and got the problem solve by re connecting the connection of camera.
My life is over i am going to die in 3 4 days..Please someone expert here can help me out and save my life..
As titles says my camera and youtube app stops working after few hours of phone boot. I need to restart my phone again to make them working again..
My camera app starts and i can click pics but whenever i want to start video recording it gives me an error that unfortunately camera has stopped working.
And youtube app always gives me error that - There was a problem while playing touch to retry.
And video in facebook app also not works.
Tired of these messages.
before giving me suggestions please read that i have tried all these
-Apps tweaks(clear data , cache data clear, uninstall and install again)
-Installed fresh new rom several time
-changed my storage of media to internal memory
The only thing that works is reboot
My phone is rooted and i think this problems start happening after i have unlocked my boot loader and rooted my device.

I use xperia z3, unlocked bootloader, rooted and find problem exactly the same like yours. Can anyone help please,
Updating your z3 to Android 6 should fix this.

Pre-rooted, flash zip via recovery or FTF flash via flashtool?

i flash my Z3 and upgrade to marshmallow. Today i check my camera and use it to record video and found no errors like before. Thanks for you advice, its really solved my problems.
Same here all problems solved in .291 update.
"I assume you unlocked your bootloader. I was also having this problem before. Try renaming these files on /system/etc/firmware/
tzwidevine.b00 -> tzwidevine.b00.bak
tzwidevine.b01 -> tzwidevine.b01.bak
tzwidevine.b02 -> tzwidevine.b02.bak
tzwidevine.b03 -> tzwidevine.b03.bak
tzwidevine.mdt -> tzwidevine.mdt.bak"
Maybe someone can tell me what this fix does?
Anyway use it at your own risk, but it looks promising. mine working fine after renaming those files.
