Are you using theme for black settings? Try to disable notification if you don't want the update don't download it.

Yes I use criskelo theme. No problem, I freezed updateservice.apk now. But I'm wondering why this happened!

This used to happen to me on my older Xperia U, using ICS.

Do you have installed CWM? If yes, update to the .40 CWM

The Updater is also locking into the kernel information, and if you have installed the .037 CWM kernel, he wants update you to .39

I had find out it myself that, you can DOWNGRADE any firmware TO any firmware, now my phone is fully rooted and runs marshmellow
Sent from my D6503 using XDA-Developers mobile app
how did you manage to downgrade without errors?
No matter what version i downgrade to i lose baseband and get FC's on com.xxxx.phone which results in a boot loop, i then have to use the Companion to repair back to 6.0.1
EDIT
Fixed It, had a sneaky ta file while flashing the .ftf
