Rooting XOLO one on android 5.0 isn't possible yet.
So you might have to wait for it.
I've rooted my XOLO Q1011 by iROOT, but now i'm unable to find any lollipop rom for my device. Even CM12 also doesnt have any lollipop rom for Xolo dvices.

Download king root apk, and installed it then you can root your Xolo q610s lollipop, internet is required during rooting, download apk on XDA developers site.
