I think I have bricked my Motorola Droid Razr MaxX XT912.
I was not happy with company default operating system and i wanted to replace it with custom rom. therefore i planned to check custom ROM before i replace the company default OS. as follows:
I Rooted my phone using ADB
Installed Safestrap-Spyder-3.65
Open Safetrap and installed recovery and reboot phone to recovery
taken backup of Stock
Created Rom-Slot1 and set it active
Installed CyanogenMod CM11 M12 & Gapps to slot1
reboot phone to system to check if OS is all good, i checked the OS for two days to make sure if it is good to go with.
then I finally decided CM11 is all i need therefore I better replace stock with CM1 1 as slot-1 is just eating up extra space
I wipe/factory reset Stock and installed CM11 and restarted the fone to check if all good.
every thing was good so i finally deleted Rom Slot1 to free up space.
I used phone for couple of days , all was good but I was not comfortable with Safestrap 10 sec. menu on every reboot. I though if i uninstall safestrap recovery then phone should start directly to CyanogenMod without showing recovery 10 sec menu option. [which is the biggest mistake I did]
I installed safestrap on new CM11 , open it and hit UNINSTALL RECOVERY and reboot system\
now my phone is showing nothing more then blank screen. yes it shows red 'M' icon for a few seconds every time I long press Power button
Have I bricked my phone ? Can any please tell me what happened to my phone and how to bring it back to life? is there any way my phone starts loading CM11 again?
I have TWRP stock backup taken by Safestrap, If nothing is possible then can I restore the backup ?
PLEASE HELP !!! I am newbie.
Mean while I spoiled my whole day to find a solution, and this thread saved my fone with surprisingly just one click ...... Yoooooo !!!

Ever since CM9 went into its first Beta, I wiped and installed it in place of the CM9 Alpha builds I used previously on my Droid 3 XT862, a CDMA phone for which CM9 requires no patches to run as I understand it. Ever since the nightlies started rolling out, every attempt I've made to install them has left me with one of two situations. If I install a CM9 nightly and the latest corresponding GApps pack, without wiping it gets stuck at the "Upgrading Android" screen saying "Starting Applications" forever. If I wipe and install a CM9 nightly and the latest corresponding GApps pack, the phone never passes the Motorola "Dual Core Technology" screen. I end up flashing back to complete stock (requires activation and rooting) Motorola 2.3.4 GB rom every time it does this. I don't know how to get to CWM recovery if I can't boot into Android itself. Moto's menu Recovery mode option doesn't point to the 2nd init that CWM Recovery uses if I understand it correctly. I know an earlier version of the bootstrap used PB Tools to point to CWM Recovery. I think this is due in part to the fact that the D3 bootloader is still locked... I wish they would just unlock the dam thing...
I just want to know is there a way to get to recovery without booting into android if the key combo used during boot up doesn't work, (Power + X or M key for me)? In my case I can only get to Recovery by having CM9 reboot or using the BootStrap installer to do it. More often than not using rom manager or other recovery switch apps lead to the Android Exclamation screen.
I'm getting tired of the phone activation wait music every time I have to do this...
Also no one seems to mention this problem in Hashcode's CM9 DEV topic and I can't post there yet.

I can't answer your question, but I know that CM9 is no longer working with recovery bootstrap... You have to use Safestrap. I had CM9 stuck at the dual core logo 3 times before I decided to google it and find this out. Hope that helps you.
I am noob to ROMS . First time flashed CM9 using ROM manager and selected backup data. after Installing Rom phone restarted and stuck on screen displaying "INSERT COIN" and options are given like
PHONE
GAMING
BROWSING
PRODUCTIVITY
ANYTHING.
Arrow is stuck on ANYTHING. and Volume buttons and hard reboot isn't working. I pulled battery off and restarted it but still stuck on same screen. Tried it many times. Any help would be appreciated .
which CM9 ROM did you flash? Can you provide a link? Usually I prefer to use CWM Recovery to flash ROMs.
Thank you for reply!!
I solved the problem, I was using wrong cm9 zip.. restored the backup and flashed the correct one. Now It's All good now, enjoy galaxyS3 addon. But it's full of bugs right now I must say. Hoping for a quick update.

Hi XDA members, I came here because I'm tired and I cant'd do anything more, I need help
Ok so first I had a Samsung Galaxy Core Duos GTI8262, original, no modified, android 4.1.2, everything all right.
Then I starded to try to install a costum ROM with 4.4. I rooted it, and then I found a CMW Recovery and I had installed it via Odin307, but it didn't work because it was not compatible with my phone, it was crashing all the time and the phone used to make noises, like an engine working or something, and then it shuts down. Then after much search I found here in XDA a costum Recovery Based in CMW for my phone, "CMW based Recovery v6.0.4.7".
I installed it via Odin307 under the previous CMW that dint work properly, and finally everething went all right, I installed a ROM with KitCat, then another with Lillicop, etc... then I wanted to try Cynogen, it was in my model devolopment and I installed it, bigger mistake, it didn't recognize SIM card such as Wifi, Bluethoth, etc... no conections. I get tired because with all my Download mode started to get stuck, so, I could not install another ROM, so, angry, I went to based CMW Recovery and I formatted EVERYTHING, until get to the point where there wasn't ANY file in SDCARD0, I tried to make factory Reset, didn't work, so I turn the phone On and the logo "Galaxy Core Duos GTI8262" stays there forever... the phone doesn't start.
THEEN... i downloaded the stock ROM here in XDA to my model (I'm Portuguese (Portugal)), and tried to install it via Odin207. I was waiting that the Download Mode got stucked again but I tried it in the same way, because I didn't knew what to do more. BUT, instead of get stuck, the Download Mode only stays for aprox. 5 seconds, then the phone shuts down... SO > nothing in SDCARD0 (and the CWM Based doesn't have the option to install anything in extSDCard I dont know why...) and Download Mode crashes... without pay nothing, WHAT CAN I DO PEOPLE?
Please help, sorry my English...

my nexus 4 was on temasek's unofficial cm12 build ver 6.1
recovery in use was recovery-philz_touch_6.59.0-mako
i decided to update the rom to build 6.5, so i downloaded the zip to my sdcard,
i had not made a nandroid bkp
after flashing the rom/gapps/superuser, wiping dalvik and cache, things went wrong
after that the phone would only show 'google', then freeze, then go blank, then again show 'google'. this is the first Loop i have encountered where the boot animation never even showed up.
after that in about 8 hrs, i tried all of the foll-
installing the stock images: my phone booted up the first few times i flashed stock images using fastboot, but after three times (because each time it successfully booted i would go back to recovery to try flashing the customromzip) my phone stopped booting up for stock.
it resolutely stayed stuck on the boot ani.
recovery: flashed many times, via sdcard and also via fastboot. no problem with the recovery
zips. absolute fail. nothing can get me past the 'google'
now there's another peculiarity, which makes me wonder if there is hardware damage involved in this softbrick story
after all this flashing my charge came down to 20%, so i tried to charge it (switched off, obviously, since it isn't booting up)
but every time i connect my charger, it boots up,and then shows me google, and freeze and restart..same old cycle
in a last ditch attempt to somehow charge my phone i have brought it to fastboot, and left it connected to my laptop. i don't know if this will work.
please help, also i am now considering using a toolkit, unified android or wugfresh (the latter, i have a previous bad experience with) to get my phone to atleast switch on with something.
should i use the toolkit or just take my brick to the servicecenter to check for damage to hardware
I had installed xposed with some popular modules like Android L theme, Greenify, Gravity Box and ifont.
Today I wanted to unroot my phone (due to some reasons) so I just unchecked all modules from XPOSED modules list and restarted the mobile. After restarting I wanted to reset my phone so I went to reset my phone and then the **** happened.
Now it goes to reset screen (for 2 seconds) then in logo screen (for 3 seconds), then again in reset screen (for 2 seconds) and again logo (for 3 seconds) and again reset screen..... it is in boot loop!!! but this boot loop is extra ordinary :v
So after waiting for some time I realized that I have done something wrong so I decided to remove the battery and then turn on the phone but still same problem.
I have backup of my phone so when I wanted to go to recovery mode I couldn't.
Whenever I press volume up/down (both) keys with power button it again goes to that reset screen loop (instead of opening recovery mode). So please tell me a way to fix this problem.
Any help will be appreciated!
My mobile is "Qmobile Noir i9".

**I was using stock rom.
***I have cwm backup in my computer.

I Think This Will Solve your Problem
Flash this Rom Via Flash Tool
Rom Link : click Here
How To Use Flash Tool : Click Here
Cheers
ok I fixed the problem.
I turned off the device for two hours (the battery was removed too). After two hours I removed sd card and sim card and then turned on the device. The device turned on successfully!!!
The only problem I am facing now is xposed modules are still installed. The phone is reset successfully but modules are not uninstalled. My phone still have new font (which i changed with xposed), new boot animation!
I will now install the modules again and then uninstall them. I hope it'll work!
And the scatter file link is not working in the blog (the link you gave above)....
