In this moment do you have official os in your dogee dg210? If the answer is yes, dont try to damage the os because no roms are available for dg210.

Official update of marshmallow is not released yet for your phone. You can check for updates in your phones settings if you want.cubot hasn't released list of phones to receive the updates either.
You can flash unofficial android 6 custom ROM if it is available

When I was cooking my own winmo6.5 ROMs I had to only have certain ROMs. I have been out the game a while, would any ROM work, or would I need specific roms ?

Yes,It's for Nougat bootloader only.For lollipop users can update the bootloader and TWRP to flash it.If you have new idea to support both Nougat bootloader and Lollipop bootloader you can reply me.

We are sorry our phones sold in Chinese Mainland do not support to flash the international ROM and our phones sold out of China do not support to flash the Chinese ROM either.

I would recommend staying on it.
Chinese are far ahead in terms of update than global/Indian rom.

I dont think so that you will get the updates first.
Which version are you on, A.05 or A.08/09?
I am in the A03 global. That is why I wanted to flash the Indian Rom, the A05 to have access to the updates to UI 3.0

Noone except Chinese have got access to RUI3.0 for neo2...
Convert China ROM to India ROM
Back up your data before do this because all of your data will be gone. No more question. 1, Unlock bootloader. If you are on China ROM, install Deep Test and install it...
