I installed the CM11 on Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 , but dual sim and internet don't works .
How can I fix this you ?
I would like to ask more but I can fix and Bluetooth ?
And why has so many bugs CM 11 .
CM11 is good but has bugs unfixed phone works fine otherwise

There is no official jb update for s7562 at present, if you want you can try cm 11 which has been recently ported to ace 2x(same as s7562, only difference is that it is a single sim). Try it only if you want to taste kit kat on our device and not as permanent rom as it is buggy and the sim card slots don't work on s7562.
In galaxy grand i9082 I just flashed cosmic cm 4.4.4v5.4 dual sim every things is fine but HOTSPOT not working ...do you guys have any idea to solve this ..reply

By the looks of things you just need to update your ROM, flash the latest version from here: [ROM][UNOFFICIAL] CM 11.0 for Galaxy Grand Duos (I9082/I9082L) (Update 20141008) 2SIM
Be sure to read about dual SIM in the original post, it has it's limitations.

why there is no cyanogenmod for galaxy s duos (gt- s7562).
Becz cyanogenmod does not support dual sim till now
Try kyle open rom , it's similar to cm
