Please screenshoot the list of apps you have in system, i know a lot of bloatware that can be deleted,and some that need to be in system for always.

clean master app, on playstore, for free, has a startup app manager.
Maybe Greenify can solve your problem
Both Grenify and cleanmaster require root access. I would advice you to root your device it is much easier to disable autostart.(just google how to root "your device model")
Also try battery doctor.... It has that option.
guys please suggest me another app like greenify
my phone is rooted
but m nt able to install greenify
it shows that manage space while m having 3 gb free internal memory

I am ready to root my mobile
I only installed very few apps that i use frequently so nothing to uninstall
and my internal space is free enough
Please suggest me something good

If you have a unlocked bootloader ...flash Thunderzap 4.1 for overclock
Install xposed and greenify all your apps for battery saving
Also use the stockrom "clean & tweaked" version
