I imported a sony xperia Z3 dual US and I'm happy.
To recall the dual Z3 or D6633 is a mobile with 2 sim cards, so there is an interface in android to manage this feature.
I looked everywhere but I can not find a "rom" section to view a custom rom. My mobile is already root.

I am very disappointed in this sony dual. I was waiting for Rom , the updates and nothing ...

I'm living in Turkey and my Xperia M2 Dual device still running Jelly Bean 4.3
Today, Android 4.4.4 released for both devices (M2 & M2 Dual) most country and why we should force use 4.3 ? Why no update for "Dual" devices in these countries ?
I'm feeling bad about this. I'd pay same cost for M2 Dual as like M2 LTE.
What can I do?

I have following doubts,..
1. Whenever new update roll out out for z3 series, except z3 dual other models getting their update.( 5.1.1 also)
2. Why Sony release Z3 dual update along with z1 series?
3. After 5.0.2 released, both Z3 and Z1 series got additional bug fix updates. But no further updates for Z3 dual
I thought, i made a bad mistake by choosing Z3 dual....

No, you must wait to official relise for e3
There is one leak who show that sony skip update to LP e3 and update it to 6.0 marshmallow.

There's a hope my friend. Recently i got this when i was going through over the net searching for Xperia E3 Lollipop update. This is what i found. Just follow the link. Maybe we need to keep on checking through software update or PC companion.

I think we will need to build Android 5.1 since we have only 4GB of internal memory. Xperia M2 got LP 5.1 version and android system takes 3GB. LP is not that huge, but after Sony put all their stuffs it is. Thats the only reason why I am worried about update. Of course on some sites you can find that we will get marshmallow since we got developer preview. Xperia M2 also got developer preview for 6.0 and M2 users now have 5.1.
I have an idea how to fix camera and mobile data on 5.1, but I am not sure will it work and how long it will be until we get nice custom ROM.
According to jerpelea Sony is still working on this phone. So we can only wait for official or we can start making ROM and I am 100% sure that they will help us.

I am sure if you start learing now how to port it shouldnt be problem to port fully working ROM on other variants.

Is there any working custom rom for sony xperia tipo dual with android version greater than that of Jelly Bean ?
Guys I have searched and found that Sony xperia tipo dual has no custom ROMs here , it is the most tricky handset .
I had another question , if anyone has tried installing custom rom of some other sony dual sim phone which has configuration similar to sony xperia tipo dual .
this one is 7.0, is prety good, but has some bugs because its not ready yet...

there aren't many custom roms for XZ, and PE isn't one of them for sure
however there is Omnirom, you could try
41.3.A.0.401 is old
41.3.A.2.192 is the latest!
